Sweet Baby Jesus! My hubbs and I are s impressed with this recipe, he wants me to look up all your vids. So, we want to adopt you!! And your entire family!! ❤🙏❤
I'm cracking up reading the comments asking why lemon was used and why the meat was washed. The ancestors tell us to do so. Clean cooking is for the soul.
People are so far away from that it’s ridiculous nowadays. It’s lucky if they know how to cook especially if they’re young. People don’t know how to make a gravy they think cereal grows on trees lol
@@shirlebug my husband legit asked me if you’re supposed to wash chicken 🤣😂🤦🏻♀️ he rarely cooks.. only if I’ve been sick for a few days and not cooking.. I joke that he only married me for my meals🤣😂 I became a mom at 19 though and wasn’t taught much growing up. Lots of experimenting and cooking videos. I do well now (37) but there’s no excuse to not cook. I legit know women who’s men won’t marry them because they can’t cook. Kinda messed up. Ive never had a pork tenderloin so I’m here tryna learn. I prepared this recipe. I followed all of the instructions. I doubled the amount of the rub due to the size of the pork loin and allowed it to sit in the brine for 3 hours and cooked at 350 degrees for an hour. It was perfect. ❤❤ thank you for sharing.
It’s resting on the stove right now! Can’t wait to slice it up! Smells delicious. We live in Mexico and although we don’t have all of the spices, we made do with what we have. I loved your technique. Looking forward to more of your recipes.
Thanks for sharing this recipe, Tammy! I made it for lunch and it was delicious. I actually baked mine in the oven and then broiled it for a few minutes on each side; I chose not to sear it in the cast iron because I was afraid I’d burn the spices 😂😫
Just made this pork tenderloin for dinner tonight. Omg.. I never had one that juicy before. I made a container for my son to take to work, he just called and said please don’t lose that recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it.❤
Giiiiirrrrlll! Made this tonight and it was delicious! Both my neighbor and hubby loved it! Soooo juicy and flavorful! For readers.. My loin was 2.30lb and took 30-35min in oven at 400 degrees to reach 140 internally
I cooked this tonight for my fam and it was a hit thank you. Also thanks for the details in the description box they're a great quick reference. I had to look more than once👍
Ok.... really rather tasty....though I would cut back on some of the salt ....surved it with a mix of White and Brown Jasmine rice and Coliflower.....👍🏻
I absolutely loved this roast!! It was the bomb!! Usually it is for the most part a dry piece of meat like alot of pork but this was delicious!! Even as a left over it was great. I don't print out many recipes but this my dear is in my cook book on my shelf. Ty keep them coming. 🙏
I'm sitting here watching master chef,And one of the contestants cooked pork tenderloin 😊it looks so good, I'm like let me go to TH-cam,And boom this looks amazing,And to your name is Tammy🤯 that's my late mom's name,She was a beast in the kitchen even at 12 years old I knew her hands were anointed for cooking, I'm most definitely gonna cook this for my children ❤
This is what we are having for dinner tonight with mash potatoes 🥔 and green beans!! Smithfield is the best brand to buy! Great prices. I grab two when our local grocery store has them on sale.
Made your dush tonight and it was absolutely delishes. I did not have any rosemary but it turned out great without it. Thanks for sharing this recipe. My family appreciated it!!

I made this and her recipe is wonderful. Followed every step. I don’t like cooking pork because it always comes out too dry. It came out FANTASTIC! Thank you for sharing!!!!
10/14/23: Hey Tammy. Your pork turned out wonderful, looks juicy and full of flavor. I LOVED your presentation and especially how clean you are with your meat. I'm the same way. I've got my pork loins waiting for me to put the whammy on it today with your recipe and I'm excited. You sound very east coast. I'm from The Bronx/Brooklyn myself, so I picked up on your accent. Hope I'm not wrong. Thanks for sharing! I'll let you know how it turned out. EDIT (4/29/24): I made this bad boy, and OMG, it came out wonderful, tender, juicy and packed with flavor! In fact, I've made it twice since last year and plan on making another for the Memorial Day holiday, party of 30! For me to put something out there for a party this large, you know it's GOT to be good! 😋 Thanks again.
I made this today, and just finished eating it as my dinner. It was incredible! So juicy! Great combination of seasonings, and that juice left over at the end was life changing. Thanks for sharing this with us, I will 100% be making this again.
Tammy, I must admit, I've tried other pork loin recipes, BUT!!!!!, you've blew the doors off the others on TH-cam!!!! I made this along w/dressing and all was left to do was give the benediction!!!!😂😂😂
This recipe is amazing. I made it but as I didn’t have the paprika I used chipotle roasted garlic. The meat was so tender, melting in the mouth. Loved your recipe Tammy. Thank you!
Yes the chipotle roasted garlic is a great substitute for the paprika. I’m so glad u enjoyed this recipe. Thank u so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it Paula!!!🤗

This is the best pork tenderloin we have ever made. Completely tender. Plentiful au jus. Treated dear friends who just lost their Mother to this with scalloped potatoes. They raved. The aluminum foil really made a difference.
Made this tonight and the critics are stunned!! Absolutely silence around my dinner table, except for the sound of utensils scraping plates and lips smacking 😂🤣🤣 Had no idea how to cook this inexpensive peice of meat but you made me a chef today friend!! Excellent video and fabulous dinner results! Thank you❤
I watched your video, I seared mine, then I put big dabs of butter on top and wrapped it in foil. Put it on my grill for about 35 minutes and it came out excellent. Thank you for your session
My tenderloins are searing up nicely rn and I cannot wait to taste it, it already smells devine, thank you for this! ❤ Ps. I'll be serving this tonight with mashed potatoes and cream corn. 😊
I got everything to make this sometime this week. Also going to make your cajun chicken tenders. I made your southern cabbage and sausage and it was so good!
I made Tammy's Southern cabbage and sausage 2 weekends in a row. It was THAT good!! 😋 I was all set to make it for a 3rd time but I forgot the head of cabbage. Ugh, I was so angry at myself. Since I couldn't make it I did the next best thing. I doubled up on every ingredient then placed all of that goodness into flour tortillas. I missed the cabbage but I gotta say. Those were some tasty tacos/burritos, lol. I've never used shallots before but now? Tammy's got me experimenting... 😄
Tonight I made this recipe for dinner, and it came out juicy and delicious. Since I didn't have apple cider vinegar, I used regular vinegar instead. In spite of that, it turned out delicious. Tammy, thank you so much for sharing this delicious recipe with us.

Bow chicka wah wah 🤣
I'm cracking up reading the comments asking why lemon was used and why the meat was washed. The ancestors tell us to do so. Clean cooking is for the soul.
It was a completely unnecessary step considering she was marinating the pork in vinegar and salt.
People are so far away from that it’s ridiculous nowadays. It’s lucky if they know how to cook especially if they’re young. People don’t know how to make a gravy they think cereal grows on trees lol
Crazy huh
I’ve honestly never used lemon .. I give it a wash with course salt to scrub the yuck off lolllll so I learned something new today

I made this tonight. Girrrrrrrrl that meat was so TENDER! First time I've ever made a pork tenderloin perfect! Thank you for the recipe!
We made this last week.
More than perfect. Tender with a lot of juice.
You’re absolutely welcome!!🤗🤗

Looks good Tammy. Thanks for explaining the purpose of brining meat.
I’ve just found this channel, it’s exactly the kind of Sunday meal I’m looking for, plus I just bought pork loins 😀
What times dinner??? I got the wine.

For me my loins are usually between 1 and 1 1/2 pound and are perfect in 25 minutes. I only make one loin at a time.
The mixing of the seasonings feels almost spiritual and I don’t know y 🤣
I cooked this tonight for my fam and it was a hit thank you. Also thanks for the details in the description box they're a great quick reference. I had to look more than once👍
this is the tenderloin method i have been searching for. the brining and the butter seem like the game changers here

If your pork is dry then it's most likely overcooked. Pork does not need to be well done. You want to pull it around 145 at most.
Thanks for the wonderful recipe. I’m cooking a pork tenderloin for dinner tomorrow. This video was right on time. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Why am I drooling!! OMG!!!
Looks delicious.I would make sure to remove the silver skin though.
That pork tenderloin turned out looking perfect! New subscriber!

Thank you nice recipe
Mmmmmm...looking ever so good ♡
Looks delicious. I'm going to try it on Sunday.
This looks amazing
That looks so good. I can’t wait to make it tomorrow. Thank you for this wonderful video.
Looks delicious, will definitely try. I'll have to take the silver skin off, for some reason It bothers me when I cook loin or ribs 🤔
I also trim the silver skin and fat
I used this recipe but changed the spices , turned out great , thanks 🙏🏻
I threw in a Carolina reaper in the oven with one of my Chops and it turned out spicy !!!
You didn’t remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin. It does not get tender during cooking. It becomes chewy.
Making this recipe right now for dinner
Tonight I made this recipe for dinner, and it came out juicy and delicious. Since I didn't have apple cider vinegar, I used regular vinegar instead. In spite of that, it turned out delicious. Tammy, thank you so much for sharing this delicious recipe with us.
