You are on point... Very accurate about everything, like a BMX historian... Good job! I loved designing history for S&M.. Word!

Man, it was like a thing to see those expensive beasts out in the wild when I was a kid. Think the kid who had a sabbath also had the tiniest Castillo bars on too.
    Thanks for the memories 😊

I was at that x games in San Diego in 97. Partied with the S&M guys. Buddy of mine tried the first double backflip on dirt at that comp. Matter of fact he was the first one to land a double backflip on dirt about a year later. That was the first x games dirt comp that had a 6 pack ( 3 sets). Another buddy of mine actually won that comp. TJ took gold that year. Fond memories

I had a black 2001 warpig with the identical flame stickers. If i remember right, those flame stickers didn't show up until late 2000/early 2001. I much prefered the original warpig/sabbath graphics. They had a maroon color from like 98-2000 that was beautiful

I rode a Warpig back in the day, maroon frame. It was a heavy bike but i was used to it. My dream midschool build would be to find a TNT Hwa Fong Daddy (or was the freestyle version the Super Fong?), specifically the freestyle version with 990 mounts and 11/8 headtube.

Yah I totally agree, as time went on, BMX guys grew less and less _all around_ BMX riders like, if you watch the 1986 movie _RAD_ that movies’s loosely based on Eddie Fiola (who came to be known as _the king of Skateparks)_ but he raced, he road street, he was a jumper, and the primary plot of that movie was centered around BMX Racing…

Insanely robust. The mid Skool was off the chain. I'm in my late 50s and currently building up a modern steed. Mankind Sunchaser frame with a 21 top tube, 13.75 stays, 71 seat tube, 74.5 head tube angle full Sanko Japanese steel fully heat treated in trans blue. Chrome Fiend Invest Forks, Chrome Odyssey Boss V2, Salt Plus jet fuel u break. Gonna get a Profile racing cranks at 170, 33 tooth sprocket, profile racing stem, Wheels and Co, Seating, Break lever etc I will get next year. Trying to get a modern whip look at bit classic and obviously fun to ride. Should be about 9kg not super light but better than 17 kg 4130 Monsters at my age.

I don't know how we rode these frames. I think my first Schwinn had a 14.75" back end.

I see nothing wrong with milling out the dropouts. Back then there was so much beef it wouldn't have heard it to take an 8th to 1/4 inch out. Nice find. My holy Grail which is nearly impossible to find is the King Liberty frame. They are quite rare because King went out of business.

@@there_is_nothing_here Agreed, The King Liberty was awesome! Ive been trying to track down a Solid Killing Machine since its so closely related but more obtainable.
