Oscar Chalas unfortunately no. The closest thing to him doing it fully would the very first performance, but even then it is kind of falsettoed

He doesn’t do it live in order to save his voice. Most artists do that. He could easily do it, but the repeated strain of a tour would kill his vocals.

He was influenced by Buckley, yes. He owns Buckley's guitar too - you can hear him playing it on his solo version of "Guiding Light" and on "Verona" from Muse's latest album _Will Of The People_ :)
