- Lack of Sleep, Excessive intake of Caffeine or Coffee and round the clock stress is what determines an average human in the current fast paced lifestyle and world scenario. Thankfully, our body provides few signals to let us know when we have an excess of either of them. One such signal is Eyelid Twitching or Eyelid Flickering which is commonly found in people who sleep for less than 6 hours in a day on a constant basis, drink lots of coffee or other caffeine products or are under constant stress. Moreover, these three events have also being linked to bad lifestyle habits when it comes to the kind of food consumed and the exercise schedule followed which ultimately is a very big risk factor for the heart disease or other ailments like Hypertension, Angina, Heart Attack, Stroke and others.
In this video I have made an attempt to explain the science behind this Eyelid Twitching associated with your bad habits, so that you can work towards improvement of those habits.

when the twitch happens only for a while then its a natural mechanism by the body and not at all worry some. But, if it continues for sometime then the reasons could possible be one of those mentioned in the video.

hi, i would suggest to wait for some days if you are not having any problem in the eyes (like redness, or watery eyes)

Aaj 11 din K suva hy aajtak me hospital me MRI K line waiting me hu... Har din mera kamsekam 2 se 6 ghante tak eye twitching hora hy.... Me bahat paresan huwa hu upper se kharcha v horahy per kuch khass ilaz nahi milrahihy.... Ab aap batawo aap keyse ho keyse thik huwa... Me v bahat normal insane hu me tw tea tak nahi pita.. Bahat soya rahatatha... Kuch chinta v nahi thi.... Per jab se ay suru huwa tab se strees badgaya nid v chalagaya.... 😢
