One card that not a lot of people talk about to use against dragons is Zombie world. The card is absolutely insane since it completely shuts off REDMD. You can’t summon it from hand in anyway, no summons from the GY(still can summon from hand though via REDMD) and it also provides coverage against most monarch strays as well. Little known fact about Z-World as well: you can side it effortlessly in Machina Gadgets as it protects your monster From fortress dragon and system down. Simultaneously allowing you to keep summoning Machina Fortress from grave as you only need to discard monsters that are treated as “Machines” in the hand, nowhere else
ZW is good vs redmd but ZW does nothing to debri dragon(the 500 attack or less monster debri revives can be any type) So when u put ZW on your field to counter redmd u r also putting another useless card on the field for u to go neg when the opp goes debri into lvl 3 into black rose nuke your machina gearframe/machina fortress/useless bottomless/useless dimensional prison/useless zombie world. Then the opp is gonna have a massive card advantage vs u
Now hear me out: Advance Ritual Art for Demise using either Blue-Eyes. Using Demise to clear before going for RMD + the sent Blue-Eyes for game, can also use a Blue-Eyes searched off of White Stone for a normal ritual spell.
So you need: 1 dragon, 1 redmd,1 demise, 1 ARArt in hand and 1 lv8 normal dragon (bewd) in the deck be above 2000lp and demise needs to stick It sounds nice since Demise needs to hit the field to prio and follow with redmd thing but then gorz trag roar and fader are an issue too But there are to many cards to gather and too many “if”s to be your game plan

Concerning the Dark Dragons: I agree that people seem to go for Norleras too much, very often sending a Gardna with Grepher/Foolish over Norleras accomplishes more. I currently run the list you showcased with a slightly different side/extra and 1 Norleras swapped for Card Trooper in the main. Maybe Morphing Jar is also worth considering for this slot, but I think it risks being too much of a double-edged sword as you have very little control over if/when it resolves. It's surprisingly rare it feels good to go for Card Destruction even, I've experimented with cutting it completely, but it seems to be a necessary evil. Cards like D.D. Reincarnation, Burial From a D.D or Return From the D.D I think are worth considering in the side deck as you can put them in for game 2 pre-emptively when Crows are expected.
So I know the new names for the decks are more descriptive of what the deck actually is but I love the old names, we were so creative but kinda cringe at the same time :P

Wondering why Vice Dragon (not clear vice dragon, regular vice dragon) isn't in the Edison card pool. It did have an official TCG release before Edison, NJ; being released in NA in 2009 alongside a Yusie Fudo duel disk (it also was misprinted in raging battle special edition but that obv wouldn't count). Does the duel disk release mean it was legal at the time for Edison, NJ or would it have not been allowed in tournaments until it got a more substantial release? Because giving Dragons their own cyber dragon could be pretty powerful for some decks. I tried to see if I can find an official answer online but nothing, it doesn't appear in any of the Edison format card pools but could be due to beign released with such an obscure product data bases didn't consider it.

Ladd is terrible in current edison meta, becuz treeborn frog infinitely activates, meaning if theres royal oppression on the field u could pay 800 LP to negate the special summon of treeborn frog but it would be in vain since it will attempt to summon itself again anyways, this also means LADD will infinitely try to negate treeborn frog again and again and again until its attack drops to 800 and defense to 400(then it cant negate anymore) Aka both royal oppression and ladd r trash
Blackwing vayu doesnt banish as cost so he can infinitely attempt to special summon a synchro from the extra deck so he can also infinitely attempt to special summon vs royal oppression/LADD
Another reason is that only dragon decks can comfortably play it due to totem dragon being treated as 2 tributes for a dragon. And the current best dragon deck in edison(dragon turbo) doesnt play totem dragon
Best example is, i have a field of redmd, stardust, koaki meiru drago, blizzard dragon on my field, my opp cant destroy or summon lights/darks, then they play miracle fusion to summon absolute zero, they attack my stardust both die, then ab zero’s effect nukes the field of all my monsters. You: “blizzard effect target your ab zero u cant attack now betch” Your opponent: “ u cant do that since your useless ass blizzard shit is not a quick effect u dumbass” You: “oh…i guess blizzard dragon is shit then”

it wasn't supposed to be released in the duel disk. The duel disk release is one of the rarest cards in existence
