HOW TO FIX NO POWER ISSUE OF IMPULSE SEALER

Nice video Sir. I have the same impulse sealer and the timer cuts out in a few seconds no matter what setting I dial it to. Any advice on which part of the solid state timer pcb board I should be troubleshooting please?

Try measuring 24 VDC to the output of the relay. If no output replace relay sir

@@THEMULTISKILLEDTECH I am not getting 24VDC at the relay coils so I will follow your suggestion to replace it.Thank you so much for your prompt reply and guidance

@@THEMULTISKILLEDTECH hello Sir,I've changed the relay, tested diodes and capacitor and all is well. Max resistance on variable resistor is 135kohms but machine still won't stay ON long enough to create a seal.
