This scene hits hard. Same thing happend to me in my life when this chapter came out. I was so shattered. I really wished if there really was Luffy in my life to take me away to adventures away from all the sadness. Sanji's pure heart helped me to stay a strong person though.

We started "dating" but she suddenly decided that she didnt want it anymore (1 week later basically). The worst is that i skipped an manga study in an school because she wanted to be with me during my birthday. But luckily i am now happily married to the love of my life. "Who's gonna marry a failure like him" I'm convinced that literally everyone watching in that moment wanted to marry Sanji and give him the biggest of hugs. When the rain put out the one flame that sparked I was broken. 😭
This scene cut deep. Then the fact that after he told her, her third eye was beautiful. Really shows he has a kind heart. Sanji has suffered a lot from his family but he still smiles because he found people who saved him. Pudding also suffered from her family but had no one to save her. It's ironic the first person who saved her was Sanji. (Oda, you write Art.)

Because of Pudding always get the negative reception of her 3rd eye especially from Big Mom who called her a freak, she was touched by Sanji's genuine response and instead helped him. Of course years of emotional abuse and attitude problem gave Pudding a split personality between her kind self and the psychotic self.
It hurts so much even when she hurt Sanjis feelings he still accepted her even with 3 eyes thats very true Sanjis love is not a joke he's very kind and positive even if he is a pervert like I'm serious him and Zoro are my fav 😭😭😭❤❤His crying face always makes me upset I don't like seeing him broken like that😭😭😭😭

The icing on top of this is knowing that before this moment pudding was Sanji’s only light in the dark to everything that was happening, he was so down in the dumps and then pudding was his only good thing in this time of saddness, only to find out she didn’t love him but also using him and messing with his feelings, then to make it worse, he couldn’t even smoke cause of the rain, this is what made this moment hit so hard here, the same feeling I got from watching sanji vs Luffy and seeing how nami had to watch her best friends fight and do nothing about it no matter how much she cried or pleaded

Why is everyone thinking it's a rejection scene? Seeing a man who's one of the strongest in one piece break when they're as strong as an army makes you never forget they still feel even if they hide it even after the toughest challenges of life there's love the most challenging and frustrating one it can drive you and break you if you don't get enough you don't feel like going on and if you get too much you never want to leave
