Exquisite is the right word to describe these two elevators! Cabs? Similar to the observatory elevators at Sunshine 60 building in Tokyo. (fun fact: Sunshine 60 was first to reach 2000 FPM speed in 1978 by Mitsubishi, even back then, they had cabs like these).
