Beautiful garden ! Will the new banana pups grow from underneath the mulch ? I want to mulch around my banana plants but not sure if new plants can grow through it.
Bananas have fruiting cycles so maybe they are working on producing leaves and will fruit later. The compost and food scraps are good, also make sure they get enough sunlight and water.

Banana pups are very strong so they can definitely grow through the mulch.
It looks awesome 🥰 my bananas stop producing. They have enough water, I throw a lot of vegetables scraps, grass clippings etc but maybe too much 😣
