All'inizio il dottore tiene l'orologio alla sinistra ma quando abbraccia il fianco del paziente lo tiene a destra. No ho capito come, ma con un abile gioco lui gli ha infilato il dito nudo e senza guanto.

Por supuesto que no, no se que pretende transmitir el director, pero nada en esa consulta tiene que ver con la realidad.
En ninguna consulta hay un espejo, es como si pusieran una motocicleta, si un médico te hace una prueba, se supone que te informa del resultado o la conclusión de la misma.
Tampoco la prueba es meter y sacar el dedo, se supone que es una exploración para comprobar el estado de la glándula en cuestión.
Supongo que será para que cada quien encuentre una explicación que más le convence y asi haya variedad.
Lo que no quiere decir, que todas las películas y cortos, estén bien documentadas o tengan algún sentido. Gazapos hay muchos incluso en largometrajes famosos.
