It does work. This is a total rip-off of the tactical wheelbarrow used by militias in the south and west coast US. I mean, I guess it isn't a rip off, the concept is common sense enough that it has been done before. The way you use it is like your sustainment pack. You carry it around but if you know you are going into combat you conceal it, fight, and then run back to it to resupply or if you have to move to another area. If you have it remote controlled, you can have it navigate by itself to a new rally point so you don't have to run back to it if the situation changes, unlike dropping a sustainment pack behind.
