We use double sided tape in the RC world for foams . We tape the wheel first remove the backing then use a quick spray with brake cleaner on the tape then quickly mount the tyre. True up then done.
My original late 70's MagnaTraction cars came standard with foam tyres. Over the years (and burnout competitions with Mum's sewing machine oil on the track) the tyres went hard and fell to bits. Then of course I ended up with later model 'rubber tyres as that was all that was available. They were...OK, but on the old low traction cars they tended to skip and slide. Fast forward quite a few years and I came across you on FB and found you made foams. Out of curiosity and by talking to you I bought a few sets and did some rubber/foam same track same car testing and was amazed at the difference it made! Quieter, less twitchyness and better grip! Now all my older cars have your foams on them and I'll keep them on there!!😄
Almost every tyre made for HO scale is silicone. Silicone is good when paired up with strong magnets, but there's so much more to HO scale than magnet cars. Casi todos los neumáticos fabricados para la escala HO son de silicona. La silicona es buena cuando se combina con imanes fuertes, pero hay mucho más en la escala HO que los autos magnéticos.
I just rewatch it. So why U not sharing the foam U use? R u selling tyres or you don't want people to be able to compete with you on the track? Cheers Graham

Hi Anthony, I don't use my email address much, so it might not be the fastest method. But it's davidswales@optusnet.com.au
