@@mistadobalina1093 poor means you'll never get to grow years of these fishes...in a small tank as you mention....sometimes ignorance in this kind of hobby can make poor presumption...i understand you totally 👍👍👍
@@happyhorns5652 no, poor means bad conditions - anything can last for years it doesn't mean it's happy or healthy though. Explain how it isn't bad then please - you're saying I'm ignorant, tell me how the fish can reach max size, be happy, and have things to stimulate it. And I'm guessing you have good powerful filtration ?
okay, you're ignorant in a sense that your only judging base on the tank size..not trying to know the whole process of grooming/growing/breeding these fishes first...i doubt if you've seen lots of hobbyist with huge tanks with FH ended dying and not even lasting for several months... I don't know how will you react if you see a pairing/breeding process where male and female keep in a half filled 50gal tank for a month....point is you can ask first whats the puspose of the tank set up that you've seen which is truely different from a common set up that you emply.

What’s the average lifespan of these guys? I heard they don’t live long…planning on getting one but I don’t want something that dies after 2-3 years
If you take very good care of them 10-13 years
