I love the south and southern people they can be the kindest most caring people you've ever met. Yet in that same breath those people will turn around and to your face say things like "this is the problem with the blacks". Peoples perception of racism has become this thing were its some bigot screaming in your face about how much they hate a group of people. When really its a whole lot more subtle then that. Its a mindset or a belief a person has about an entire group of people. A perfect example would be when bill o'reilly went into a black restaurant and was stunned everyone there was not loud and abrasive.

“Race” conversations always seem to end with more confusion than anything. So you should ask the question “who started identifying people by “race”? Because if you stop using the word “race” then racism will die. It’s tribes. Not races. The word “race” was coined by a German 300 years ago Von Hibensbok (forgive spelling). If he would of never coined that word, then tribes would co exist today, and “race” would be unheard of in reference to human beings.
The Starbucks thing was most likely a combination of both a power tripping employee and racism. Ultimately only the employee knows for sure and even then they might very well be wrong in why they felt they did what they did. I have worked in enough retail to know that management hates people that come into stores and just hangout but never actually buy anything. So I can totally see the employee just following orders by harassing the guys. That doesn't justify it, but that at least explains it.

She laid out a pretty realistic idea, and Joe kinda just steamrolled it with the laziest argument possible. She lives in the city in question and knows the demographics, then she points out that in a city that's 45% black it's rather unlikely a store manager calls the cops on every black customer they see. The perspective that it was just the perfect storm of a manager on a powder trip confronting two people who want to be activists is pretty dead on in my opinion. Candice Owens comment was taken out of context. She was referring to victim mentality, more so then stating in a mentality of constantly seeing everything as racist. No one is born slaves in America anymore. There is oppression but most people are born free.

I have been asked to leave or buy something many times. Enough to learn that if I am waiting on someone I should at least buy a drink or something to avoid the problem. I am white. The starbucks thing was not racist.
When someone says “right?” And interlaces their arguments with “um” they are unsure of their argument. They aren’t telling you an idea they are asking you about their idea. Notice how when she is confident she ends the sentence with no question. When she is worried about the repercussions of what she says her sentences end with “ya know?” Which is a call for validation of other party to understand what they are saying and to not get offended. “Like” is a weak way to rapidly stitch sentences or ideas together for unintelligent people who lack the necessary social skills to transition to their next sentence or idea. When a person is confident and assured of their beliefs and facts they are never worried about the other party’s opinion or response because they know how to react to any counter argument. A good example being experienced higher education professors. They are experts and have said and done the same things so often they don’t need to ask if the other person gets it or understands it because from experience and previous grades they know (or think they know) that they can effectively communicate their information. When you are uncertain if a person is not confident in what they are saying the other go-to is body language. more often than not body language is more pronounced and is incredibly hard to mask. This is why we as humans can pick up on body language subconsciously because it’s a universal language we are hard wired to understand. We know if someone was crying, we know if someone is tired, we know that terrible posture relative to normal posture (some people are just slouches) indicates sadness or lack of confidence..etc. we are often more aware of these kinds of things unconsciously than we are consciously. Its so powerful that body language alone can allow detectives to predict with quite a high degree of accuracy if a person is lying or withholding information. Interrogators are body language experts but often can’t even mask their own body language if they had to, its that hard to mask.
Correct. And even in normal conversation (like when a friend tells you about something that you weren't there to witness) when someone says "right?", you're more inclined to agree with them by a simple nod or a yes, or even saying "right!" back. And what that does is tricks your brain into accepting it as truth thus the bias, even though you weren't there or have the facts to back it up! Another thing to mention is the "Sullivan Nod". When someone continuously nods during conversation and you can't help but nod with them as though agreeing with them or supporting whilst your brain is tricked into believing and accepting it as the truth
She does have a point that everything is perceived as racist now. The number of people who have been needlessly angry on my behalf for shit with no evidence of actual racism (something people fail to accurately define,) is outrageous. The ad hominem isn't a legit counter argument. 😂

I don't understand people who say racism doesn't exist an vehemently believe it. I've lived in the south all my life.
Blacks are more racist than anyone.
Shocker CK hmmmm....whites are the most racist.... Look at the track record past on into the present.😆js
Don't be daft.
Very good point.
Julia Mimi Blacks have obtained the highest levels of power in government and business. Even Trump used to be celebrated in the press as someone who hired women and blacks to important positions in his company at a time when it was unusual to do that. My nephew who is Mexican and his sister who is black got full scholarships to college because my sister who was poor always made it a priority to put them in the best school district she could and emphasize education. Drugs, broken families, and bad schools keep blacks down. It is in the interest of the democratic party to keep them a poor voting block that they can manipulate.
Biggest sign that someone's not funny is hearing them repeatedly insist that they're "really funny".

@Kyle Mortensen She's not telling any particular truth. She's just speaking from a viewpoint you agree with. If she was speaking from a leftist viewpoint, you wouldn't be speaking about her nearly as favorably.
@Kyle Mortensen Do you always have to resort to insults? There are smart people on both sides. This isn't a football game. Politics isn't a team sport. Quit looking for the idiots to feed into your bias.
"I'm really funny" and she hangs out with failed comedian Dave Rubin.
This lady talks fast for no reason 🏎💨💨💨

The quick talk is are also a style so that someone should not interrupt. Then me all I hear is blah blah blah
"It's all black people it's really rough like it's a weird place to come to if you're racist." Bit ironic how weird she finds it...Can you be racist against your own race?
According to leftists black people cant be racist. Its apparently ok to call ourselves the n word too
She’s Samuel L Jackson from Django
I’ve been saying this for so long

Joe “ likes to troll conservative black woman about obvious issues” Rogan
"I should do stand up I'm funny" I know she said a lot of stupid and bigot things including (bans on Muslims isn't racism is just national security) and im a Muslim but some how i think that line is the worst thing she ever said
In 20 seconds she confirmed 4 times that she’s funny..
Racism worsens and will ALWAYS be an issue when it's the default conclusion we continuously jump to in every situation. Why do you have an opinion on it one way or another if you don't have all the facts, Joe?
When candace owens talks she doesnt say anything.
@Ready Joe u be specific. What good points?
@@blakequillen2164 why can't blace people be racist against white ??
@@sal8697 they can be. Is that a good point to you?
@Ready Joe if his statement is true, how could he be specific lol... specific on nothing ?
One thing she said was facts is that black people are portrayed as weak and opressed but we dont feel like that AT ALL .. we know we are beautiful , brilliant , and creative the world just tries to portray that weak shit on us .. WE ARE KINGS AND QUEENS
Hmmmmmm nah fam you people kind of suck in everything other then rap and sports tho
bilcosby official 😂😂 so we are good at athletics and creativity ... i wonder what else in life requires those 2 skills
@@yedukrishna8613 you do know black people created most music genres right? What has white people created, just classical music? Don't get me wrong it is nice too but black people have created much more, not just rap. Not to mention all the black inventors whose credit were stolen by white men. Black genuises despite the limited resources, education and privileges they had.
"we want to movie once and we see Planet Of The Ape , ironically" .... what??? ...07:03.
im literally scrolling to see if anyone else caught that .. like WHAT????
Titiz24k absolutely, Joe just keep talking like is nothing and didn’t get any response from the young lady , and I’m positive that he realize and just keep talking like any one would notice, and what could happen , he sitting next to quite stupid lady how can’t confront nothing so why say anything.... I think that Joe say it on referencing that in the movie the character are the majority or like in the control of everything so it reference to Philadelphia. but again if you speak to one not so aware of her self it important to be clear. I sure that Joe don’t want to be associated with her opinions from what I’ve seen.
I was waiting for someone to catch that. Joe Rogan is a racist. Here’s the proof. th-cam.com/video/adQIVTzUp9I/w-d-xo.html
Titiz24k Watch this...he’s a racist. th-cam.com/video/adQIVTzUp9I/w-d-xo.html
@Freddy fretboard like you.
Candace definitely comes off better in sound bites than long form
Owens is "like" the result of "like" when someone is brought up on. "like, you know" social media and "like" gets all their information from "like" Facebook and Instagram. I wonder how many people have jumped out of moving vehicles or windows in rooms they've been in with her while she's just yammering on. She's about attention, good or bad, and not much else. Show her the door.
I totally agree. She isn't some deep thinker.
If she wasn't decently attractive and "well spoken", while pandering to the far right, she wouldn't have anything.
Joe Rogan is just as greedy for that attention though. That is why he has on shitty guests like this :/
@@dijonjohn1011 That is fair enough, though plenty of people have had careers based on having a lot less in their favour. Use what you've been given to the best of your ability.

The thing is, it's not easy to know exactly if someone is racist by their actions. The both are right about the starbucks incident. Cadence thoughts always leans into 'the person is not racist he just had a bad day etc' which make her blind in other part of the thought of that someone actions "MAY BE" racist
Why is it so hard to find the full episode
Imagine if we had a few days when we view situations and took away the most race opinion, would we see a different situation:..Two lady’s one black one white fighting over their position in the queue.....The news fight over queue jumping down to race.
The average person .....two loud mouthed rude people fighting over queue jumping.
The people - get worked up
The news and media create news, invite people to talk about it, said people invited on to debate about it, said people write a book about it, invited on news because they have a book, debate the book and on and on and Racial Tensions..
People who where in the queue witnessing the fight
WTF - Purlease -
Media manipulation once again.
“We saw planets of the apes.. ironically” omfg joe
He apologized now 😂
Have just watched this episode. I'm amazed noone else commented on this earlier..such a cringe moment! Even his guest paused a second there.
Noticed that as well
You can tell how she feels about “Black People” I’ve never seen anyone that’s black talk about how black a place is it was a continuing topic
Uh huh yet black people will racistly say things or places are ""too white"' and its perfectly okay because their skin color deems them the higher power in the skin color chart ? F&ck off with your liberal trash
note that she travels all over the country and world all the time, and most of the world is not like tht, so yes it would be unusual...
the way she was talking about philly being 40% black had a hint of disgust in her voice. i think she hates herself
I can't believe I lasted longer than I did than my first fight against Matt Serra.
Did she just say that 64 years after the civil rights acts that have been passed to eliminate work discrimination, that its still a surprise to see black folks?
When you insert your foot in your mouth.
She's not surprised to see black people period. It's when it's all you're surrounded by. It makes statistical sense. Blacks are 13% of the population. Meaning going somewhere where almost half the population is black is actually rare. Pretty easy to get that.
That's a much more thought out idea than "Or the manager is racist." Plus I have a hard time taking him seriously when he gets off his high horse to mention "I went and saw Planet of the Apes in a black neighborhood and I was sooooo high."
Yeah, I agree. I’ve read a lot of comments about her interview with Joe, and I couldn’t help but think that most of them sounded the same.... a bunch of weak-ass men who are intimidated by a classy, well spoken, intelligent, strong woman with strong conservative values. And I’m not talking about constructive criticism. No, most were mean spirited comments. Obviously leftist. They are very mean spirited people!!!
Candace Owens brings mayonnaise to a BBQ.
Candice Owens comment was taken out of context. She was referring to victim mentality, more so then stating in a mentality of constantly seeing everything as racist. No one is born slaves in America anymore. There is oppression but most people are born free.
“I’d really do good in comedy” famous last words lady, everybody eats it on stage even the greats like Dave Chappelle. Gimme a break.
Okay so she might eat it. Then turn out to be great. Not sure where you were going with this?
Thers countless amateur comedians that made me laugh harder than Dave ever has 🤔
First time I can't stay through a Joe Rogan video. Candace, damn girl.
I actually like her when she's debating typical leftist blacks. But against people who aren't extremists like Joe it's hard to watch, because she looks like an extremist as a result.
“It’s a weird place to be racist in Philadelphia because everyone is black.”
You saying blacks can’t be racist?
she means it would be weird for a racist white person to come to a place where theres a lot of black people
referring to the Starbucks guy being racist towards the guy.
More so than whites in my opinion
I live in Philly - Andddd it's pretty racist.
everyone of any color is capable of being individually racist. white people have institutionalized it and that’s what makes it different.
Racism will never go away because humans will never realize that titles like race express what's on the outside not what is within.
It would be funny if while shes rambling on Joe just yelled out "HELLO! YOU'RE BLACK ! Haha This girl is not serious.
“I’ve been in Phillie all my life, and I ain’t never meet will Smith” ~Cassidy~
But I have met DJ jazzy Jeff...he still djs the club scene around Philly.
I have been asked to leave or buy something many times. Enough to learn that if I am waiting on someone I should at least buy a drink or something to avoid the problem. I am white. The starbucks thing was not racist.
Yes
Yeah it was
@@jameekhaynie9967 You are an idiot.
Or it's not that deep and nothing is black and white.
The mirror elaboration
Connor Falcon please stfu. U said all this for what reason
She does have a point that everything is perceived as racist now. The number of people who have been needlessly angry on my behalf for shit with no evidence of actual racism (something people fail to accurately define,) is outrageous. The ad hominem isn't a legit counter argument. 😂
