Legere is awesome, but he was wrong about one point, you can't simply stick a T-Mobile SIM in a Sprint phone and switch carriers. Sprint iPhones are locked out from other domestic carriers.

+Jim Bob the coverage claim doesn't stand up anymore. On December 2015 they finished a massive overhaul and they now cover the same amount of people as ATT and they are getting very close to Verizon.
Sulfen People is not equal to quality of coverage or pure square miles covered. Verizon has over a million more square miles covered still compared to T-Mobile, and AT&T has a good bit more still. As much as I love T-Mobile I can't deny these facts. Also in areas without lowband spectrum the quality of signal usually sucks in non urban areas, which can't be denied either.

But what do you expect from a company that offers you some insane new deal every few months, but they only seem to last a couple months, then they go back to charging you whatever they want without telling u. Every company in the wireless industry has promotions. That's how they compete with each other and as a result it's a win for customers. Not sure why you think a promotion lasting a few months is bad. That's pretty standard for a telecom company

John is probably the reason why T-Mobile does false marketing. When I signed up, I had a flyer that says I can cancel at anytime. Apparently, those are all lies because I have been trying to cancel for the past few hours after they couldn't transfer my number. And the rep says I have to pay for a month and still refuses to cancel it for me.
Weird, tons of details missing. Numbers take up to 48 hours to transfer depending on how fast dumb and dumber process them. Also, did you get any phones through them on payments? And phones are postpaid so you have to pay a a full month even if you only used it for an hour. That's how every carrier does it due to the FCC rules and taxes.
All I wanna know is one thing John. Is tmobile gonna stand behind this defective device when it bends? Or are they gonna laugh at me and call me an idiot when I bring my bent pos back in to your store?
