Thank you!!!!! so much bro I was really looking for this topic for few months and I was so confused between these two options! Please do make part 2 for this..I am turning the bell option on!!! lol
Hi doctors , I am from Pakistan. First of all I really loved this post cast /webinar session providing fair comparison btw USA nd Australia.. Plz consider this suggestions in next session if possible.. 1) Obviously the good internet connection. 2) There should be slide or bullets on screen showing numbers nd other relevants to avoid any query. 3)Study sources briefly . 4)USA match process briefly. 5) Yearly comparison how you grow in both pathways, after reaching your dream destination . 6)How to deal with clinical gap nd what are the options to relieve that especially for USMLE. 7) Pathways to switch btw USA nd AUSTRALIA. 8) Validation of these exams in other countries. 9)I would appreciate USA guys to be more expressive 😀. Regards
youtube recommend me your video and i am soo soo thankful, really great stuff man. btw, i was wondering do you need an editor for editing your videos and thumbnails man?
Australian healthcare system is way better compared to US healthcare system Dr.Rajat . Thanks for your info . Pro's of Australia - 1. Salary difference between a consultant in usa vs Australia..by marginal in lakhs thats it ( INR conversion ) . 2. They value our specialist degree and the experience we have whereas USA if you are a top most consultant in India , u have to go through the residency again.. im ok with licensing exams. In Australia too we have to climb the ladder as a specialist but things are better compared to USA as a specialist. 2. Gun laws are way refined after Port Arthur massacre in Aus . US is a land of guns , i can live with snakes and spiders in Aus , way better than USA. 3. Travel time to india via flight is almost equal to a a long distance train i.e 12 hrs ( ex. Hyderabad to bangalore) than from USA which takes 28 to 30 hrs average . 4. Climate in Aus is almost similar to India . 5. Australian coffee tastes way better than USA . 6. Australian health care system values experienced IMG's. whereas USA doesnt. Pro's of USA :- Plan for Australia 😂
But USA is a huge country with much more opportunities and liveable states and cities, more diverse cultures and it’s easier to fit in general. And, US training is recognised worldwide. If you want to practice in Australia later on, you can move there as well.
You do realise doctor saturation in Australia. As it is good destination and easier than usmle and cheap inflow is mind boggling. There doctor to patient ratio in city is crazy. And I don’t think any img would like to settle in regional areas .
There isn't much of a net salary difference of a Consultant between US and Australia, as Cost of living and insurances are high in US, unless you live in some rural area in the South. Purchasing power parity is almost similar, a couple of grands here and there .
Give USMLE or AMC MCQ to senior doctor in both countries. I wonder how many will pass. Senior doctor usually just remember cases in their daily practice.
I want to know the clear pathway to get into Internal medicine PG / Training program in Australia ? Cos i came to know residency is not PG there in aussie and its called Registrarship. And whats the difference between an unaccredited & an accredited registrar? Finally : the clear pathway to get a pg in internal medicine ?
Hi how’s is the clinical exposure, training and research opportunities compared to INDIA in AUSTRALIA..?😊 also which is better to apply to AUS , right after MBBS or after PG in India
I have a question that might seem silly. Is there any concept in Australia where you will have to pay a tuition fee for your Junior Doctor Phase or Residency Phase? If yes what can I expect along the lines of tuition fees( in INR)?
I have done M.S. Ophthalmology from India with 2 years of post PG experience. What are the job possibilities for me after clearing the AMC Part1 exam? Can I continue in Ophthalmology or do I need to be flexible with regards to speciality?
How about the tax system of these countries. As you guys are earning, how much you guys need to pay . As in India , tax payment is sky rocketing as hell .
These guys are so sweet they didn’t tell the other person ur connection is weak or may be as American doctor they don’t care

How saturated will be Aus after 3 years? Like if a medical student still has 2 years left until graduation. Will it still be worth it to give AMC 1?
Part 2 required ❤

USMLE / AMC ..are all standardized exams . Without prep nothing is easy . Infact AMC exams passing rate are much lower than USMLE.@@Ayush-y8b4e
