that 20.1% growth is from base that is decreased, economy lets assume at start was 3tril, after -23.9% it becomes 2.283 tril, from here +20.1% growth makes it 2.7396 tril, still puts us at 2017-2018 gdp, it means we are still 3 years behind than we should be, learn economics kiddo
