Alberto Morillas the King of freshies some say. I wouldn't argue with that sentiment. My favourite freshie from Alberto is one of his more recent compositions is Bvlgari Wood Neroli. Man I love that fragrance for the spring and summer! I found it to be a suitable replacement for TF Neroli Portofino. Whilst they are far from 1 on 1 they have similarities and cover the same genre. Yes the quality of the ingredients are better in the TF but it has a more classical profile whereas Wood Neroli clearly has a more modern take on the scent profile. TF also has terrible performance issues and when you consider the price its a tough pill to swallow. Wood Neroli, smells fantastic has great performance to boot. I get a good 8 hours with 8 sprays and with the price being 5 times less than the TF it's a no brainer for me, so much so I sold on my TF and replaced it in my rotation with Bvlgari.
When you use synthetics which a lot of people have a problem with you can keep the price down and get better performance as opposed to using naturals which drives the price up and gets weaker performance it’s one of those things that’s hard for buyers to decide because sometimes synthetics are the best for us but they are better on performance and price lol but yes your right I have a decant of BW and it’s powerful!!!!
