    Ingredients:
    1) Chicken 1 kg
    2) Onion 3 medium size
    3) Ginger garlic coriander pest-3 Tspoon
    4)Turmeric powder-1Tspoon
    5) Hing 1/2 Tspoon
    6) Dry coconut-1bowl
    7) Tomato 1
    8) Poppy seeds-2 Tspoon
    9) kanda lsun masala 5 Tspoon
    10) chicken masala 2 Tspoon
    11) coriander powder 1 Tspoon
    12) roasted cumin powder 1 Tspoon
    13) 2 Tspoon lemon juice
    Method:
    How to make chicken stock
    1)For chicken stock take one pan and add 4 Tspoon oil to it
    Add Finley chopped onion and fry till the light golden color
    2)add turmeric powder and hing
    3) then add chicken and salt 3 Tspoon. Mix well and let them cook for 5 minutes on slow flame
    4) after 5 minutes add 4 glass of hot water to our chicken and let it cook for 30 minutes on medium flame
    *Gravy masala:-
    1) Dry roast the poppy seeds, coconut, sliced onion, and tomato in a pan
    3) Make a fine pest in a blender
    4) Take another pan and fry this masala pest with 2/3 Tspoon oil then add Kanda Lsun masala 5 Tspoon, Chicken masala 2 Tspoon, Coriander powder 1 Tspoon, Cumin powder 1 Tspoon
    Fry all these masala till it releases the oil
    5) then add our fried masala in Chicken stock. Let it cook for 10 minutes
    6) Put 2 Tspoon lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander..
    Serve it with Roti /Bhakri or Rice☺️
