लता ताई...तुम्ही मध्येच म्हणालात की मी खूप बोलते टिप्स देते ते कंटाळवाणे वाटत असेल पण तसं एकदाही वाटलं नाही...तुम्ही बोललात ते अगदी योग्य आणि बारीक सारीक महत्त्वाच्या गोष्टी सहजपणे सांगितल्या. खरंच याची गरज आहे निदान नव्या पिढीला तरी. कारण जर योग्य authentic पद्धत सांगितली शिकवली तरच ती पदार्थ चांगला होईल. एकदम छान वाटलं व्हिडिओत तुमचे बोलणे ऐकून

मालवणी चिकन रस्सा खुपच छान तयार करण्यात आला आहे. मला आवडल ताई. मी कोकणात असताना शाकाहारी, मासाहारी, मटन, गावठी कोंबडा फार सुंदर बनवत होते. अजुन त्या भाजीची चव चा आस्वाद घेता यावा. मी मुंबई, ठाणे येथे मालवणी जेवण घेतो. खुप खुप छान.
