I attest this situation of grave danger during the elections as I was the polling official serving in the booth. We were provided merely one CAPF & a civic volunteer who practically had no authority there. With a single polling booth of 1340 voters it was outrageous to maintain the sequential electoral process. Meanwhile we came across many presiding officers reporting that the booths were captured in the bright daylight & nothing was done. No justification please we all want to live & merely for 1700 rupees it's not worth it. WB is in grave danger & the only means to construct & preserve our opinion by electoral process is a fallacy. The entire process is just a name of suffering of the common being & the enjoyment/ tamaasha to the ruling party.

High court doesn't have the power to alter the panchayat election result in PIL.. It can only be done in lower court through election petition... Hypothetically, even if Court make the election as void, tmc government will run panchayat through administrators..it would be setback for opposition only.. At least after election, opposition has got some seats...

That's why candidates will have to file election petition in lower court ASAP. And killings are being dealt with according to law like any other murder... And whereas supreme Court has already stated that results can't be undone through PIL in high court, allegations have to be proved in election petition only. So there is very little option left before high court...

Yes, u r spot on.. But in this case, once the election results is declared, it can't be made void in PIL.. Candidates will have to go to lower court and file election petition.. All charges/ allegations have to be proven there only..
@@joydas377 Do you think the election is free and fair? there is a need to establish in India a special court that will deal with election issues because justice delayed is justice denied. Killing takes place during an election, and why culprits are not apprehended. The press can easily identify them from their videos taken and police presenting the footage in court as evidence and getting convictions. Do I have to spell this out, what the government and policymakers are doing?
@@baqirhemraj7639 yes. There are hell lot of places were election was not free at all, but there are many places which did not record any malpractice.. So u can't undo the whole election.. That's why candidates will have to file election petition in lower court ASAP. And killings are being dealt with according to law like any other murder... And whereas supreme Court has already stated that results can't be undone through PIL in high court, allegations have to be proved in election petition only. So there is very little option left before high court...
@@baqirhemraj7639 have u heard about post poll violence in West Bengal 2021? Case was given to CBI.. BJP had made stunning charges or hundred of murders and rape.. It's been more than 2 years, few persons were summoned, but that's all, there is no chargesheet, I bet, not even a single person is in jail now bcz of post poll violence.. CBI was unable to prove a single incident....
