    the way you can fabricate I think you could build a land plane, those things are priced way to high, but I sure would love to have one.

    Love the videos but can't watch the sped up shit.

      Thanks, check out my more recent videos.. I do a lot of videos now where I don’t do as much sped up .. some have a mixture of both.
      When doing a job that takes hours.. the only way to show you guys the full process is to speed up the footage so that is out of my control.. unless you wanna sit there and watch a 4.5 hour video which I doubt anyone does haha

    If you had a chance to change your trailer would you get one with twin axles and longer? I rent one that is 12ft long from U-haul with twin axles. Toying with the idea of buying one just to have. Great job finishing the yard for your buddy. My 2006/1850 is my life saver for my kids and me.

      Hey Wayne, thanks for watching. Yes I’m actually looking for a nice 6x14’ tandem axle trailer.. they are able to haul a lot more weight safely, also you would be able to carry around attachments with ease to jobs. Tandem axle is the way to go and you’ll want something at least 6’ wide to fit a 60” mower deck, my trailer is only 5’ wide and it drives me crazy sometimes but it’s all I got right now. Thanks!

    DUDE your a frickin surgeon with that machine ... I have to say bad ass....
    i'v been looking at the BX (on your channel) but strictly snow removal ... i have no land as of yet....but partial to the color orange so here we are....im looking....peace

      Thanks buddy I appreciate that. Sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner. The BX is a great little machine, it’s done me very well over the years and has been a solid machine for the amount of hard work i’v put it through. Another great machine would be the workmaster 25s or the John Deere 1023e or 1025r .. I would go to each dealer and take a seat on the machine.. look at it in person and see what fits and feels best to you.. this way you know your comfortable and happy with whatever you buy.. any of these machines will do the work you wanna do very easily and you’ll be happy. Good luck and keep me posted!

    Hi Biff. Just a couple of observations. I'm guessing money was the reason the owner did not have you haul off all that scrap it would have been a huge improvement. My thought was that if your going to all this much work then just make the mess disappear. I'm in lawn care and I do cleanups alot and my goal is doing a finished job. Never the less you did them a great job. I'm learning alot from your expertise.

      Thanks Mike I appreciate it.. I did recommend to him that he just get rid of the overgrowth and wood so I could haul it away but he insisted I just piled it up because he didn’t want to spend the extra money.. can’t make them do things they don’t wanna do but I did advise him to just toss the stuff.. I ended up throwing most of the burnables on his fire pit tho and we burned 80% of the stuff that was there aside from the railroad ties and some old sheetmetal/doors that were there when he bought the property.. he said some say he’s gonna have me come back and get rid of the rest of it for him but as of now all of the brush has grown up and you don’t even know it’s there tho I still woulda preferred to see it gone. 🤷‍♂️
      I made a video recently at this property where I show what it looked like after all the grass had grown in and showed before and after videos of all the work I did back there. I want to say the video was a few months ago you’ll have to find it and leave a comment letting me know what you think. If you can’t find it lmk I’ll give you the link 👍🏻

      Im sure I can find it. Since I have a BX2670 would you consider doing a fluids service so I can learn all of the procedures to keep my machine in top condition. I bought it used and have never owned a tractor before. Any other new owner tips you may want to share would be appreciated. Keep up the good work.

    You do good work, but you really need a box blade you’re working your self way to hard, not to mention you’ll get your project’s done quicker and nicer

    • @BiffsEquipment
      @BiffsEquipment  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks Todd. I actually have a box blade; it’s a 5’ king cutter, it’s fits the bx but it’s a little too large. It’s also no quick-bitch compatible. Been trying to trade it for a 4’ boxblade that’s quick hitch compatible cuz it I had one I would most deffinelty use it more often. If you look on my channel page there is a picture of me using my king cutter Boxblade. Thanks for watching 👍🏻

    A 4' box blade and 5' land plane would really speed up the grading process. The box blade and bucket for the rough grade, and the land plane for the finish grade. I'm tellin' ya, once you try a land plane, you'll wonder how you've gotten along without it this long .......... nice vids. (P.S. the box blade is awsome for snow too.) ...... Montana Dan
