- This area in Dubai has grown rapidly in popularity in recent years both for investors as well as expats.
We started to wonder what all the fuss was about.
Today we are exploring Jumeriah Village Circle also known as JVC.
Come with us as we take you around some of the districts and talk about the history of the area. We'll also share our opinions on investing and if we would ever live there.

Investment wise, is Al Furjan better than JVC?
All depends on several factors and what your goal with the investment is.
What project, the developer, where in the respective areas, etc. We do see both areas as potential good investments. We just like the vibes in Furjan more ourselves but that is our personal taste.
If anything thats probably my least fav area in dubai
There is nothing actually there and its only fits one purpose which is residential
Agree with for your input. We have yet to find the charm about the area but then again, it is quite big and we haven't spent enough time there to get the full picture of JVC.
