Thank you for your interest on Indonesia. To answer some of your questions , No 1. As you will travel the first time to Indonesia. I would suggest visit Bali Island with the couple of reasons. You will find most or almost everything the first tourist would like to know and see. eg. sea, sand, jungle, mountain, water fall, rice field, temple (hindu's temple) tons of them as majority people there were Hindu, modern life style, mall, 5 star hotels, kids entertaintment such as water boom, Safari tour, culture dance, people lifestyle, the best village in the world etc.Easy to get anything you need, food, from international food to Indonesian food. Do yo realise Indonesia has 6000 plus menu if we talk from all tribes in Indonesia. etc. In addition to this you may interact with other tourist who may already stay in Indonesiaquite some time and you may get info as well. To tell you the truth you will not have time to visit all point interest in Bali for 2 weeks. You may prepare for stay longer than 2 weeks. No. 2. The building or structure that you mention in the video is Prambanan hindu temple, located in Central of Java is ancient building which constructed during ancient hindu kingdom No.3 The Orang Utan bassically in the jungle of Kalimantan and some were in the zoo no worry. No.4 Most expatriate love Fried Rice or Nasi Goreng, Sate and Rendang and for dessert or snack try Martabak, for western snack try Indonesia best do J Co. For Tropical fruit you may try Manggosteen, Salak (snake skin fruit), sawo, sirsak, duku, rambutan, durian, etc. You may search in you tube other tourist experience visiting Indonesia. Don't forget to visit Lombok, Komodo Island, Lake Toba, Kota Lama Semarang, Kota Tua Jakarta, Raja Ampat too...
