Hi Ms Val, came across your channel the other day and I've been hooked. You cook quite similarly to how I was taught by my grandmother. The only thing she did differently with her pot roast was make holes in the meat and stuff with some of the seasoning. Keep the videos coming, I really enjoy them. Real ole time sinting come back again. How about a pot roast pork and a roast pork with crackling 😉
