Hey thanks for the video. I have a 2010 Caliber that I’m having lighting issues with. I’m not getting power to my tail lights so I don’t have tail lights, brake lights (the third brake light is working) and no rear blinkers. I just tried a new brake light switch and nothing changed. Do you have any thoughts on what I should try next? Thanks
Update … I was using led bulbs I bought from Amazon that worked just fine for a few months and when they stopped I bought another set of led bulbs from O’reilly auto parts. These bulbs didn’t work at all so I bought the regular recommended bulbs and the problem was solved.
Thanks for this video. I have a dodge caliber 2008, the left rear light doesn’t come on when the brake is pressed and when the left traffic light is on. But it comes on the full beam light is turned on. What’s the likely problem?
Would the switch stop power to just 1 tail light? I have power to the 3rd brake light and 1 tail light, blinkers work both sides and running lights work but when applying brakes the driverside brake light does not light up. What do you think could be the issue if not the switch
Easiest repair I've ever done on this POS! Thanks!
Excellent video, I appreciate you taking the time to explain how the switch works. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for sharing , this will come in handy since my switch is going bad...thanks again...
You do not have to remove those red tabs all the way just pull them out till the first catch
Damn good starting point , Ty!

What wire on the brake harness do I connect my green wire for the dvd after market radio to?
Is the brakeligjt switch the reason why my back up lights work
