My son just purchased an 82 KZ440, and i had a couple of questions for ya. So everyone says the CV Carbs dont work well when you remove the airbox? It appears you used stock carbs. What are your thoughts after doing it? We are trying to save money on build so would like to use them if they run decent.
2nd thing i like the depth of your electrical tray. So ya have room for everything. Appreciate your time and thoughts.

Nice. But can I say you need some air in your front forks. Also I would change the carbs to Mikuni vm32. You get a lot more performance out of it and a smoother ride. They take a bit of setting up but once they are right you will know

Nice work. I just have a question about the turn signals. I currently have an 82 KZ440 and in process of converting it into a cafe racer. My issue is the turn signals. I bought new, much smaller turn signals and I can get them to turn on but NOT blink. I don’t know if you had or faced the same issue. If you did, how’d you fix it?

How much do you think something like this would cost I'm on a very tight budget and my 440 needs alot of work.

How did you get your exhaust to sound like that? Is there an exhaust you bought?
