The most helpful thing I've learned over time is this: first, decide what type of person you want to become (imagine this in detail and do a reality check); then figure out what types of things that person would do and wouldn't do. There's your habits. Adopt one habit the person would do, drop one of the things they wouldn't do. Rinse and repeat.
@@yokoso2386 For some things, yes. If I can't justify a habit in relation to my personal aim point, I have a choice - change (or cancel) the habit, or just ignore it for now. Either is acceptable in the short term.

This marshmallow experiment are flawed for one reason, if a kid come from a poor family he will eat it immediately because he knew there are no food tomorrow so absolutely he will eat it asap. On the opposite side the rich kid he will wait because there a tons of available food so he someone told him to stop eating for 30 minutes he will stop

It's a very good idea if people get to setup some stuffs aside for themselves that could be bringing them money apart from there businesses.
