    Nice trails for walking and biking.

      Yeah, it's near the Arakawa river as well with many parks.

    Slime on the window next to a vacuum, be careful with that my friend, who knows what's inside!
    Tight living in that neighborhood for sure. Thanks again for the excellent content.

    Turning it into a rental property would be good.

    Nice area, no way I would live in that tight of an area though. Def could be a nice rental. Cheers 🍻

    Your chronological awareness really kicks asse(t)s!!! 😁😁😁
    Anyway I "must" apologize: my mother really wanted to buy the previous house (the one I referred to as "a dump"....) 😅 it seems that my "esthetic sense" is not on par with the one in my family... 😁
    You win, this time! 😁But I will be back!!! 😁

    That is an interesting find...because of the area, I am guessing the price is much higher than I would expect. How far is it from a station?

    • @KickAssets

      It's about 15 mins from NishiUrawa so it says and farther from others. The price seems decent actually. I like that Sakura street and the parks nearby.

    For 30 to 40k could make it nice for 1 or 2 people I can always ride a motorbike to a parking garage. 10k bathroom 15k kitchen 15k better flooring wall coverings rip out some interior walls

    • @KickAssets

      You could make it nice for around 25K...Bathroom is 10K...kicthen 6Kish. But if you do any major renos then yeah it may cost more. Place has great potential.

    If I wasnt the biggest homebody every I would already be in japan, I lived there in 2016 and regret moving back. I had no idea about akiya houses then or I wouldnt have done all my real estate investing In canada haha

    • @KickAssets

      Nice that were able to get into the CDN market. I had one condo there in 2003-2007, but it starting going nuts after that.

    I can't imagine any children would leave family photos behind. Do the kids know their old house is up for sale?

    • @ShinmegamiPersona

      Some kids do not care or relatives. When my aunt died, nobody wanted to take her stuff. She had photos and rare things worth millions. My uncle threw it all away expect for the stuff my other uncle wanted.
      Don’t know the family situation. Could be estrange or bad terms

    • @KickAssets

      That's a good question, but it did say on the door, DONT THROW AWAY. :) So I am sure it's safe. Some kids all over the world don't care when their parents die...it's quite sad.

    You always flip up those toilet lids. Are you secretly hoping to find a big lunker one day? 😉

    • @KickAssets

      I have found one before. But the reason is to see how dirty the water is....cause you can tell how long a person hasn't been there. I found a pretty bad one the other day.

    National was a Panasonic brand. They stopped using the name about 20 years ago.
    I was surprised at how good the second floor looked compared the mess the first floor was.
    Personally i wouldn't want to live in that neighborhood years on end. Its on its way out. For any local conveniences it may have it has zero street appeal or community feel and will only get worse as people pass away and more homes become vacant.

    • @KickAssets

      The area will be fine as it's in a busy area of Saitama. And it's 10 minutes or so from many parks along the Arakawa river and 10mins or so from the big highway.

      @@KickAssetsIt's probably because I live in Kagoshima. I think areas like that would just become akiyamura here because there would be many places just as convenient but nicer overall.
