Chocolate Coconut Balls

These are easy to make and so delicious
Ingredients:
I doubled this recipe, but here is the original amounts
1 3/4 cup coconut
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbs. shortening
Mix the first three ingredients and form into balls. Refrigerate or put in freezer until set. Melt chocolate chips and shortening at 30 second intervals in microwave. Dip balls in chocolate and top with coconut.

Yummy!! I just said those r like “ mounds”, just b4 you said it. They look delicious 😋 Btw, you didn’t make a mess like I did when I dipped my candies!! I had chocolate everywhere because I showed how you can dip with your hands. That was a mistake!! I should of stuck with my skewer. I do like the metal spatula you used. That was a much smarter choice!👍
