Try rewatching the video as you may have missed something. If you are already done building it, I would just open the store and add whatever you could not afford previously.

you can do expand parking lot, then save up a lot of money, to build a store u wanted to build (dream store) ORRRRR make a better cash grind store for a bigger dream store. u can also make a cool generic store with every general stock item

Hey @mandong1389, I recommend using my end game layout if you want to make more money. If making money is not your goal, then you can make a massive store.

In order for your manager to buy stock, you have to stock the shelves first so it knows what to buy. The manager basically purchases items for the store.
It's not exactly 1 hour but if you get 2 more automatic cashiers in exactly 1 hours 13 minutes and too more seconds its get 90k but whit not the more 2 it will get more long

Since it takes forever to for a small truck to deliver items, it leaves an opportunity for unstocked shelves. As a result, customers leave without purchasing items. So yes, use instant delivery for this layout.

@@cinaryilmazturk537 The reason you are kicked after 20 minutes is because of inactivity. Try to check in every 15 minutes if you are mobile. If you have a PC, you can use an auto clicker to AFK.

You should go to private servers so that the layout works better and then close the store and give some time to the manager
They might be at dock if you didn’t turn the auto deliver on immediately

Question, why aren't the NPC buying the bigger furniture?.
It takes some time for items to sell, so the large furniture will eventually be purchased by NPCs.
Doing this makes robber come more often so you need hire more guards

Yes, the finance rep should accept any loan. You will lose a little money at first, but afterwards you should be fine.

nvm I turned on instant delivery for the manager too late and without a truck I can’t get the stuff in the loading dock

The railings are needed so that customers don’t roam around the plot. I would recommend rejoining to fix that issue.

I think that instead of a floor for the second floor for 40 dollars, you put a cheap floor for 10, it is like a roof and NPCs can't walk there
