Well the more the excitement is when you check stats it will tell you, the higher it is the more you can make it cost they best way to make it go up and really the only way is to add scenery. If you have disabled collisions you can spam them but if you don't you cant obviously. Also unless you make the excitement rating really high I would put the starting price from whatever it is down by 3 or 5 so if it's at 30 you should probably make it 27 or 25 unless like I said the excitement is really high but if you don't have disabled collisions but you still place scenery I would put it at 27 if you do no scenery 25 also make sure to check the excitement rating in stats before you make it more expensive then the starting price Hope this helps
