I build this exactly how you did it, and I've got a problem with shelter and crowdedness (They keep being under 5 stars) Crowdedness is even under 4 stars sometimes
@GockeMC hi to fix this, extend your shelter over any tile that can be walked over by the customers. And for crowdedness, go have a look at which tiles are red/yellow and figure out a way to fix that problem. There's been an update to the game so maybe they made it a bit harder to get 5 stars, if you want, show me your issues on discord and il try my best to help!
add an extra wall to each side of the store, to get a larger surface area of floor or remove some clutter from inside, hope that helps. You can show me the store on discord if you like and i'l tell you exactly what to do based on that

Yo anyway to make it less crowded i followed your design and the only problem im having is the crowds

You do a 1 product store, you can mass buy enough product for whatever afk time. Having a manager slows your cash flow and costs too much

test your store out, see how much is selling per 10mins and then scale it up for your afk time and add some, hopefully this helps
