I can’t tell you enough how much this has helped me. I often have really bad digestive problems. So I decided to look up sounds for stomach problems and this popped up. From THE FIRST SOUND made my stomach muscles begin to relax almost immediately I couldn’t believe it, I had to look it up!! I didn’t realize I had so much tension an imbalance in that area It felt like such a huge release the feeling is almost overwhelming! I’ve been tooting💨 and crying🥲 for absolutely no reason lol I can’t thank you enough❤️ please do more focusing on the Solar Plexus chakra

I was sitting up straight, but it was extremely painful so I went into butterfly and allowed my body to drop and hang freely. I felt an INTENSE amount of pain and heat in my solar plexus just burning and rising. When I tell you I haven't felt this much back relief since I was a child, it's unfathomable. Thank you for this. You've just propelled me to the next stage in my journey ❤️

I get digestive and constipation issues every time I get in a certain type of energy (fear or hesitation) and it effects me in that way. This works so well and so quick. God bless you .
