      This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "build furniture with 2x4" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Venoffison Wooden Exploration - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got great results with it.

    I love the attitude of americans they love to learn a trade and master it...buy havin the right tool in india carpenter would actulally strugle to get the right tools and they end up being a good jugaad...quality wise i love american style woodworking amazing look and real good feel..

    First video I've seen using threaded inserts - is this better than standard screws? Guessing you don't tighted screws too much to allow 2-3mm movement?

    I noticed you had both the kreg and bow products feather board. Do you prefer one over the other?

      the Kreg has more flex that's why I switched to it because the boards started having a lot of change in width. For straight boards I prefer the bow

    How essential would you say a biscuit joiner is? Been thinking of getting one mainly for aligning panel glue ups but not 100% sold if it will help or not.

      I rarely use them. Anything less than about 24" wide on a glue up or 4 boards or less I won't use one

    Very impressive build and the final product looks great. I like the design of the base. Does the "t" concept add some stability to the table. I recently did a table with meal legs and I felt that there is too much "wobble" ie it shakes a little too much for me Thinking that the t shape may help eliminate that Thoughts Steve

    Can you please mention the dimensions of the base frame? Of how long the rectangular tube steel is to be cut in order to make that T shape!

    I thought using my ROS for polyx oil was a good idea with one of those pads but it gummed up the velcro on the bottom of my sander and sandpaper doesnt stick anymore so use caution
