Great coverage, on E85 these cars are monsters for being stock. You should go twin turbo, so many people are doing Superchargers, not so many doing twin's. Keep up the content 👍
There’s a lot of reasons to not do twins.... no turbo kit retains factory warranty. Rousch super chargers do retain warranty. Twin turbos require quite a bit of space, with a tight engine bay, there’s going to be a lot of heat. Plus turbos kind of fall under the $$ money suckers for reliability. Shits always got wrong or needing to be upgraded/fixed once you add turbos to a car not oem equipped. At least with a supercharger, you don’t have to battle creep and over boosting since your boost is based off of pulley size which never changes. Turbos, you have to always battle the variables which can create tune issues and performance issues. Turbos are nice, definitely the way to go if you have a built engine and plan to really put down some astronomical numbers.
The tune in sport or track mode will change your exhaust note big time. That e85 tune is no joke though lol. Exhaust intake and e85 you now have around 500 hp. Do a hard pull from 1st to 2nd it chirps gears like crazy

You do know that you can mix different fuels with a flexfuel tune don't you? I didn't wait 10 minutes for the E85 to mix with the E10. I only got 44% ethanol showing on my app after about 5 minutes but my next fill up will get me much closer to E85. I still have to figure out if it costs less or about the same to run E85.
Mentality it burns 25-30% quicker than gasoline, I have an ecoboost on E85 and I get 13-14 mpg, however the eco and the 5.0 don’t get terrible different gas mileage.

Cci aluminum drive shaft. You will have to get a custom one but they are the best for nvh. Drive shaft because now you need a tire. If you want to stay NA... look into porting the intake, and Livernois motor sport offers heads and cams,they claim 50whp. Possibly get close to 600whp na on e85.

Went back to 93 and no problems but I miss the e85 power I had. Also car would die sometimes with the A/C on...especially in traffic stop n go. Good luck and let us know if you get issues like me.
Ehhh, if you’re going for a full NA build then I’d say go for it. I don’t think it’s worth the money though. You’d pay about $300 for injectors and $200 for a tune (that’s what I paid @ least) and the changes were minimal. If you’re boosted, however, the results are dramatic.

Im going to load a E85 tune to my 17 GT tomorrow. My tune shop work on Mustangs only. They said its 100% safe. Ill let you know if i have any problems.
The Mustang V8 is not made for over E15. E85 will damage it over time, 10-20k miles if you run it more than 50% every 2 weeks. It will void power train warranty. It can be smelled and the Ford scan took will pick it up. Sugar water is not good.
i’m about to get the 47lb injectors and run an e85 tune, does anyone who runs e85 notice that it backfires or pops more than a normal tune because my friend who also runs e85 says that he notices it
You will definitely hunger for more power so if you can afford it then do the supercharger. However, enjoy for a bit your current setup. It's your new baseline for the next level. Maybe upgrade your driveshaft, rear end, and maybe a stronger clutch. All this prep so you don't break stuff. I would even throw in a mild clutch, titanium lifters and springs, and arp studs to protect your heads. Eventually when it comes to smog time if you still have the car it is easy to fool smog machines by modifying the fuel and timing. Then go for broke and do the supercharger.
How far does 3rd and 4th go, you blur out the speed which is def a good thing but I'd like to know for myself lol my 2v is slow compared to this. But I'm still gonna compare them 😂
Purchasing any tuner even a ngauge for the purpose of tuning is a waste of money. just purchased the software it’s cheaper and you can do much more with it

@@gabquebral I have reached out to Lund and unfortunately the don't have a tune if the GPF filters are present. Palm beach Dyno did say they can provide a tune with the filters present. However I am not sure if they have done it on any export model. I prefer Lund as they can offer flex tunes. To get rid of the filter the "easiest" is to get new headers either OEM US headers or aftermarket ones. However once the GPF filters are out I guess the need to be specific mapping for the filter delete itself....

I want to go E but I have a 14 and I need injectors for it. They aren't crazy expensive but I'm not sure if it's worth it for just a bolt on car.
