I like to hear them talking about these macro ideas- a lot of interviews with experimental groups go straight into the super niche inner world of experimental music without asking questions about how the band/artist actually envisions what they do, what “noise” music or whatever it is means to them, etc. Can only really get that when u have a language/culture barrier to cross.
