In the vid he said that using super speed without a protection ability would burn you from friction, which yea it certainly would, but teleporting without a protection ability would place you in a spot where there was already air and fill all your veins and organs with air bubbles, painfully killing you in a matter of minutes. You can ruin any power like this

Space-time manipulation -Bc time manipulation is kinda ass if you have to physically move everywhere. 3. Telekinesis/psionics -You could fly, be invulnerable and use super strength in a way that defies physics. Picking up a plane by its nose without it breaking apart. At it’s highest level, you can manipulate or transmute all matter and become god. Goated. Also if psionics is the pick, you can do anything, mind control, put yourself and others in a mindscape, teleport, resurrect etc. the only limit is your imagination.

I think goro goro no mi (enel's fruit) would be very usefull in real life, u can light up a entire city so no more energy problems, you can get rich doing business with the government, you'd be able to be a taxi or uber also cuz you move at the speed of Lightning so you can travel way faster than other people, u are intangable so no bullets or Physical attack can hurt you, u can also technically fly/teleport.
I actually had a very similar conversation about this, but with DnD spells and the one my acquaintance went with was Tenser's Floating Disk. Mainly the reasons were because not only does it just levitate (3 feet above the ground) and follow you around automatically (Stays at least 20 feet within distance of the caster.), but it can carry up to 500lbs and can go up stairs, slopes, and uneven surfaces with no effort. It just can't go up an elevation of 10 feet or more and if you move 100 ft away from it, or it you put more than 500lbs on it -- the spell ends and it instantly disappears. It's also 3 feet in diameter and 1 inch thick. Her argument was that the disc would make you the best construction worker on the planet. You just dump shit onto the disc and it just floats around. Not only that, but you could have people just ride around on it for free. Not to mention it's a level 1 spell. Super basic. Not the most cracked ability, but it's useful.
You see this is what I'm talking about when i say useful abilities. Noting too crazy, but it's extremely helpful for sure. You don't always need freaking hollow purples or something

I'm just a petty ass dude who's been mentally scarred too much. Lmao. That being said there is a few downsides to the spell I mentioned that I never brought up. For one, it doesn't have a movement amount listed on it. (It says Range/Area 30ft. but that could be mistaken for the range of which you can cast the spell from yourself.) If we were to go by DnD combat rules every turn lasts 6 seconds. A normal human person has a movement of 30ft. (Without any bonuses and race features and shit. Also not counting armor. Also, Dash is a thing which doubles your movement at the cost of an action for that turn. Rogues can do it for free though.) So if a normal human person can move 30-60ft in 6 seconds, they could potentially easily outpace the disc because we don't know how slow/fast it is. Also, the disc 'does' respect objects and structures. Meaning that it can't just phase through walls and solid matter in general. It will have to go around corners and doorways -- assuming it can even fit. Making it potentially even easier to leave it behind, especially in an emergency. I also forgot to bring up that it lasts for only a single hour at a time.
well, there is one potential downside to teleportation the method of teleportation, imagine your body just gets incinerated, and then the environment in a different location just tears itself apart and smashes together to make a body for you. i remember seeing spawn teleport for the first time, he felt reaaal sick after that. if something like this isn't the case, then yeah, your set for life.

I would go for cell manipulation, you can copy and absorb the cells of every other superpowered being that has cells and even mix them while also having access to shapeshifting and even healing
Personally I love Wanda’s powers cause they’re almost every powers in the video at once. You can levitate ( which is technically flight ) and do it at high speeds to travel faster, you have telekinesis which allows you deplace everything with your mind, you have telepathy which will allow you to read people’s minds or modify their memories, you can teleport, manipulate reality and probabilities. If you’re in a life threatening situation you can telepathically control your neuroelectric field to increase your reaction time / reflexes ( which technically gives you a Spider sense ) or just using reality warping to change the thing into something harmless. If you wanna be strong physically, physical augmentation is also there ( you can channel magic through your body to enhance your physical stats ) which is literally some kind of heavenly restriction.
Having Majin Buu abilities in real life would super useful , because to be able to use ki to fly , teleport heal from anything, can cure anyone from any disease or illness and bring the dead back to life and be able to turn like things like rocks into food you can pretty much solve hunger that way also you regenerate from anything with those powers ,I would be a miracle worker
imagine hanging out with your friends, fake tripping on their shoe, then teleporting to your bed (so you don't get hurt) right before you hit the ground, get changes and put on a fake moustache or something, then teleporting back and making them think you fell into the backrooms or something
You don't see it often in fiction much, but one really good one is having a Pocket Dimension. Even if you are limited to items you can carry, have a limit to how much you can carry, and can't enter it yourself... Having what is essentially a video game inventory IRL would still be insanely useful. It is literally impossible to steal what is in it, and you will always have access to what you have stored.
Toji wasn't a sorcerer but he was definitely the strongest for a little bit. Between the period of time when Yuki was younger and probably still at Jujutsu High, Toji could've mopped anyone in the verse

MHA, Mr.Compress, you can sneak anything around the size of a human anywhere. You can take all your luggage or carry a ton of stuff with you without need for a bag.
Me personally, I’d love to have idle transfiguration. But hear me out man! Think of all the good you could do with that. You could regen people’s limbs, or heal burn scars, etc. also, the added bonus of shapeshifting.
Idle transfiguration is peak tho. You can turn into a bird, woman, cheetah, or a fictional character. And you can become a doctor by restoring lost limbs or broken bones. And you won’t need surgery because you can get rid of the thing hurting you.

Teleportation would be cool as long as your power prevents you from teleporting to a place where there’s an object already. Like if you imagine a place & there’s another person there you won’t be able to teleport to that exact location
On the heavenly restriction bit, I feel that's MASSIVELY overhyped in comparison to just having cursed energy. Yeah it takes some doing but cursed energy can lead to RCT and potentially a range of other useful things including an increase in physical abilities. Maybe your cursed technique isn't great for real life application but that really doesn't matter in comparison to everything else cursed energy can offer you.
Another plus for the Heavenly Restriction is that you can easily become the best athlete at almost every sport, atleast the ones that mostly involve physical activity.
There's also a few stands from Jojo's Mainly: Crazy Diamond- Fix anything, punch hard and fast Pearl Jam- Cook food that solves almost all health problems Hermit Purple- Manifest Any information
I'd say hamon would be a very useful, and stealthy, overpowered superpower. Not only does it provide increased speed, strength, and durability it also gives you healing powers, life extension, liquid manipulation, and mind manipulation. It can be used to kill or mind control, but I doubt you'd ever need use hamon for that(unless you're a freak). Secondarily enough proficiency with hamon will give you the stand Hermit Purple automatically since in the Jojo universe having enough proficiency in any skill can, and sometimes will, grant you a related stand with Hermit Purple being the stand related to hamon itself. Hermit Purple grants you spirit imaging(able to use anything that displays images to see what you're looking for), a form of 'remote' tech manipulation, and spider-man style vine powers that can channel hamon over a distance. Frankly hamon, even in it's base form, is overpowered for daily life. Edit: It can also act as a non-tech GPS

I actually had a very similar conversation about this, but with DnD spells and the one my acquaintance went with was Tenser's Floating Disk.
Mainly the reasons were because not only does it just levitate (3 feet above the ground) and follow you around automatically (Stays at least 20 feet within distance of the caster.), but it can carry up to 500lbs and can go up stairs, slopes, and uneven surfaces with no effort. It just can't go up an elevation of 10 feet or more and if you move 100 ft away from it, or it you put more than 500lbs on it -- the spell ends and it instantly disappears. It's also 3 feet in diameter and 1 inch thick.
Her argument was that the disc would make you the best construction worker on the planet. You just dump shit onto the disc and it just floats around. Not only that, but you could have people just ride around on it for free. Not to mention it's a level 1 spell. Super basic. Not the most cracked ability, but it's useful.
You see this is what I'm talking about when i say useful abilities. Noting too crazy, but it's extremely helpful for sure. You don't always need freaking hollow purples or something

That being said there is a few downsides to the spell I mentioned that I never brought up.
For one, it doesn't have a movement amount listed on it. (It says Range/Area 30ft. but that could be mistaken for the range of which you can cast the spell from yourself.)
If we were to go by DnD combat rules every turn lasts 6 seconds. A normal human person has a movement of 30ft. (Without any bonuses and race features and shit. Also not counting armor. Also, Dash is a thing which doubles your movement at the cost of an action for that turn. Rogues can do it for free though.)
So if a normal human person can move 30-60ft in 6 seconds, they could potentially easily outpace the disc because we don't know how slow/fast it is.
Also, the disc 'does' respect objects and structures. Meaning that it can't just phase through walls and solid matter in general. It will have to go around corners and doorways -- assuming it can even fit. Making it potentially even easier to leave it behind, especially in an emergency.
I also forgot to bring up that it lasts for only a single hour at a time.

well, there is one potential downside to teleportation
the method of teleportation, imagine your body just gets incinerated, and then the environment in a different location just tears itself apart and smashes together to make a body for you.
i remember seeing spawn teleport for the first time, he felt reaaal sick after that.
if something like this isn't the case, then yeah, your set for life.

Personally, I prefer portals over regular teleportation. Less practical, but more fun in my opinion.
Biggest draw back with the ope ope no mi is that you need to study Medicine and be a really good surgent to use it. If you're willing to put in the work of going to med school for 8 years then you'll be set for life and basically a god.
Tbh, “psychic abilities ” would be a crazy strong. You pretty much can teleport, float, mind control and telekinesis ALL OF THAT and more if you a menace? Crazy useful. quality of life benefits? AMAZING. You wanna go to somewhere but your ahh is broke? Literally just teleport there. 0 cooldown
I would go for cell manipulation, you can copy and absorb the cells of every other superpowered being that has cells and even mix them while also having access to shapeshifting and even healing
Personally I love Wanda’s powers cause they’re almost every powers in the video at once. You can levitate ( which is technically flight ) and do it at high speeds to travel faster, you have telekinesis which allows you deplace everything with your mind, you have telepathy which will allow you to read people’s minds or modify their memories, you can teleport, manipulate reality and probabilities. If you’re in a life threatening situation you can telepathically control your neuroelectric field to increase your reaction time / reflexes ( which technically gives you a Spider sense ) or just using reality warping to change the thing into something harmless. If you wanna be strong physically, physical augmentation is also there ( you can channel magic through your body to enhance your physical stats ) which is literally some kind of heavenly restriction.
Wanda definitely has very good abilities for the real world.

Having Majin Buu abilities in real life would super useful , because to be able to use ki to fly , teleport heal from anything, can cure anyone from any disease or illness and bring the dead back to life and be able to turn like things like rocks into food you can pretty much solve hunger that way also you regenerate from anything with those powers ,I would be a miracle worker

Teleportation would be cool as long as your power prevents you from teleporting to a place where there’s an object already. Like if you imagine a place & there’s another person there you won’t be able to teleport to that exact location
On the heavenly restriction bit, I feel that's MASSIVELY overhyped in comparison to just having cursed energy. Yeah it takes some doing but cursed energy can lead to RCT and potentially a range of other useful things including an increase in physical abilities. Maybe your cursed technique isn't great for real life application but that really doesn't matter in comparison to everything else cursed energy can offer you.

I'd say hamon would be a very useful, and stealthy, overpowered superpower. Not only does it provide increased speed, strength, and durability it also gives you healing powers, life extension, liquid manipulation, and mind manipulation. It can be used to kill or mind control, but I doubt you'd ever need use hamon for that(unless you're a freak).
Secondarily enough proficiency with hamon will give you the stand Hermit Purple automatically since in the Jojo universe having enough proficiency in any skill can, and sometimes will, grant you a related stand with Hermit Purple being the stand related to hamon itself.
Hermit Purple grants you spirit imaging(able to use anything that displays images to see what you're looking for), a form of 'remote' tech manipulation, and spider-man style vine powers that can channel hamon over a distance.
Frankly hamon, even in it's base form, is overpowered for daily life.
Edit: It can also act as a non-tech GPS
