i'd say better than teleportation is portals, it can do everything teleporting can (granted slightly slower and a little more predictable) but it can be really sneaky and you could just portal your arm into a grocery store and take what u need, portal ur hand into a bank vault, take what you need, in terms of combat, portal punch from farther away, portal chokehold, dodging attacks with portals, etc. portals can also let you grab items from far away without needing to do much, and lets be honest portals are just cool as sh, even better than normal portals, wakfu portals, infinitely spammable, moveable, and it comes with a finger gun ability able to travel through portals

THANK YOU! You're spitting facts here! For filler arcs, the worst thing is some bad episodes you can skip. Otherwise, it's new adventures with the characers we love and fleshing out the world and characters the manga otherwise skipped over. Like there's TONS of characters that wouldn't be half as beloved if they didn't get focus in filler arcs/episodes (or would just plain not exist without filler) Meanwhile for the Toei approach, it's a lose-lose situation. You can't skip the filler since it's mixed in with canon, and the slow pacing ruins the experience downgrading the adaptation rather than enhancing it.

Luffy has a really good amount of skill but people call him a brawler, because he does not have practically any actuall martial arts experience so he is not this good hand to hand fighter, but he is most certainly skilled.

Firstly, the powerscaling community suffers from the same pitfalls of other communities that they like to pretend that they don't have. Toxicity or people being jackasses about what they believe in is one problem but there's also others. At least 60% of powerscalers suffer from a type of cathedral-like group mentality, which isn't as devasting as it is in something like politics, but still negatively warps how people in the community scale fiction and can hamper their ability to analyze stories. The powerscaling community, to anyone that isn't balls deep in the rabbit hole, is a blatantly biased community that will apply loose/favorable scaling or strict/unfavorable scaling depending on the fictional work to get the results they want.

You see, I enjoy this series, but this man simply assumes I want to use powers for average day to day life bullshit. I don't. The only reason I don't have an entire country as an Op is because I don't have abilities beyond what humans can do. And God better pray to *his* savior that I don't get powers because you will not see someone switch up their act faster.
