That is because it is not an American carrier! The helicopters don't really look like Super Stallions, and it looks like they are supposed to be Z-18 variants (according to Wikipedia anyway). The Hawkeyes are actually KJ-600s, which bear visual similarity to E-2s. And, correct me if I am wrong, I don't think Americans ever used a launching ramp on their carriers! It is a Chinese Kuznetsov-class carrier, Liaoning, that was sold to them by Ukraine, it would seem! So the Su-30s are actually Chinese jets based on Su-33
