I’m a relatively newbie (old but newbie lolz) I’d bought a secondhand MEKK which had a Sora group set 8 gear cassette, I had it changed to a 10 gear 105 and I have to agree the new life you can bring to an existing bike is incredible, keep up the great videos.
Ive owned & rode the latest GRX, Tiagra, 105 & Ultegra & I could barely notice any difference whatsoever. Most importantly I feel like 105 & Ultegra are on par with 11 speed (other than a slight weight saving with the latter). Also that was the older 10 speed 105 5700 groupset, which has trickle down tech to the latest 4700 Tiagra, so that's why it's more of an upgrade to R8000 series Ultegra.
I've just bought an Orbea with the new 105 12 speed groupset, and although its superb as you would expect, I still love riding my Tiagra 10 speed bike, it's such a reliable groupset.
Interesting that you felt so much difference. I have 11 speed on all of my bikes but my wife had 10 speed 4700 Tiagra which I think is a great groupset.
That entire series of 10 speed from dura ace to 105 was shit. Was the first with all cables under the bar tape (gear cables not coming put the side of the shifters) and it wasn't done well. Front shifting was so hard too
While 4700 Tiagra is 10 speed it is basically first gen 11 speed (5800 105, 6800 Ultegra, 9000 Dura-Ace) tech with a 10s indexing ratchet in the shifter and a 10s cassette. The 10s era groupsets were good in 7800 era with external routing but was a bit meh for 7900 era with routing under the bar tape.
Unless it's Di2, and optimally the refined 12 speed version, it is pointless to upgrade this groupset. I know Di2 isn't feasible here, but I don't see the benefits of going from 10 to 11 speed on a antique bike.
I’m sure Ultegra 8000 shifts beautifully. I have 105 5800 on a couple of bikes and R7000 disc on another and they are faultless.. in fact, being a bit of a dinosaur, I also have 4500 Tiagra on a couple of bikes and that too shifts amazingly well. So long as it is set up correctly and well maintained it functions as well as you could wish for .We are so lucky nowadays. I grew up on friction shifters.
I have the same 2014 synapse and converted mine from 10 speed (105 5700) to 11 speed (ultegra 6800) in 2015. What I didn't notice the weight difference but what I found beneficial was the choice of the 11-32 cassette for long and steep climbs.
I bought my 2016 Synapse around the same time you bought yours. Mine was hardly used - it looks showroom condition. Carbon wheels, disc brakes, Ultegra 11 speed, weighs less than 8kg. It was about £1000. So a bit more upfront cost but a lot of bike for the money and hopefully no major work or upgrades needed. Wish I was based near you guys as I love the work you do. Thanks for a great channel.
I have a trek Domane that came with 105 and an out of group crankset. Over the past 6 years I have changed out the rear cluster to 10 speed Ultegra and added an ultegra chain, replace the crankset with a new 105 set, and put on some carbon bars. With some 1350 g carbon wheels I now have a 16.5 pound quiet and smooth riding road machine. The decoupler on the back matches well with the carbon bars to dramatically reduce road chatter, the front and rear derailleurs are smooth and crisp, and the brakes strong and quiet. Very happy with the hybrid for a light quick bike at low price.
You certainly know how to take bikes apart and put them back together using the right tools (in less than 10 mins you were done!) Wow! Thanks for the video!
Love this. I agree that the 8000 Ultegra series was the peak for mechanical groupsets. Dura Ace really isn't all that much better yet is/was so much dearer. As they say, price is what you pay; value is what you get 👊
The fit of the bike is everything. You made a wise decision to upgrade the parts on a frame that you know fits you well. Better than buying a fancier, more modern bike that might not fit you. Top tip - swap over the barrel adjuster from your old 105 rear derailleur. Those Ultegra adjusters are flimsy and renowned for breaking. I made this change.
Glad you find new joy with the old bike. Im still in love with 105 5700. The ones on my carbon TCR shift smoother than the alu Defy ones. The latest 12sp Ultegra Di2 on my new TCR is another league but the 105 5700 isnt too far behind. I skipped the entire 11sp range
Very nice indeed. Fond memories of doing exactly the same a while back and as well as all the things your highlighted, the components styling colour and design make the bike feel and look like a new bike too
I run two bikes. One with an Ultegra 6800 which I absolutely adore and one that had a 10sp 105 5700 that I rode for many many seasons without really touching it and only replacing parts on the drivetrain when they wore out. The RD started developing shifting issues when moving up or down the cassette so I could be in the right gear when accelerating from a set of lights. Either it wouldnt shift so I would need to double shift or It was very slow to engage. You could say that maybe the chain or cassette was worn but I regularly check for chain wear and the cassette and chain were very new and the problem still persisted. The shifting on it was also quite heavy and needed quite a push to shift gears up the cassette. I found the whole experience quite fatiguing. I got tired of constantly asking my LBS to keep tuning/indexing my RD so I left the bike gathering dust in the back of the garage till recently when I decided I wanted a new bike. Unfortunately new 105 equipped bikes are far too expensive and second hand bike prices on ebay seem a little silly, so the best value option for me was to put together an R7000 groupset for the cost of an comparable secondhand bike and do an overhaul of the 10sp 5700 bike. The shifting on the R7000 is ever so slightly stiff but I put this down to everything being new. Shifting is very crisp and precise. There is never any hesitation or delay in shifts up or down the cassette. It was a good QoL upgrade for an old bike. However my 6800 still shifts a lot smoother and lighter but that could also be because the bike has internal cabling vs the 105 equipped bike which is external. All inner and outer cables on the R7000 bike have been replaced. Ive only had one quick ride on the bike after upgrades for a shake down test so I havent had long enough to really get a feel for the R7000 groupset yet. Im sure i'll be quite happy with it.
I have a bike with 10 speed DA 7900, another with 10 speed Red 2012, and 3 others with DA 9000 11 speed, Ultegra 6800 11 speed and Red 22 11 speed. Four of them are fitted with a 11-25T cassette, the 6800 bike has a 11-28T cassette. The only difference i notice between 10 v 11 speed is the extra gear in the middle of the cassette on flat roads.
Excellent upgradeable video, the Ultegra chainset looks really good paired with the dérailleurs and brakes.Very nice Schwalbe slicks you're using, are they 28c?
Great video as always and very informative, thank you for taking the time to edit it and share your passion. The devil is in the detail and I am sure that you know this already. Keep up the great work.
another great presentation . Totally agree, always better to upgrade an older bike, if it's a fun bike. For next season, I'm upgrading my Jamis climbing bike, 9 to 11 speed. The hub is a 11 speed, which I have placed an adapter to fit 9 speed . For climbing I only need lower gears. I'm hoping the 9 speed Sora, will adjust out enough , to cover 11 speeds. Thanks. KB
Two of my bicycles a Colnago Arte and a Scott speedster have complete 10 speed 6600 Ultegra one of them the Scott has the 6603 triple Ultegra Chainset on it. I know it will be considered old school now but it works beautifully and is very reliable and smooth.
Did a bit of a mullet recently, tiagra shifters whit a full grx convertion for the rest of the trans... Lower gearing ( 46-30 on the cranks) whit higher range on the new cassette (from 12-28 to 11-36) because i'm not that strong of a rider nor do i care for top speed or pr's or watts... So far is a great upgrade coming from the regular tiagra, suits me better and the hills are a Lot easier, the shifting is very good after dialing the cable tension (plus, the old tiagra rear mech was really tired and rattled a lot, did the job fine but it was on it's last legs). The lower gearing and increased range is just amazing, now i can actually use the higher gears outside going down crazy hills and can sustain a better pace for way longer, looking forward for my first +100k ride.
There's a lot to be said for the comfort factor of a well fitting bike (size, bar width etc.), and the appreciation that 'today's fit' may not suit in 5/10 yrs time :) Happy days.
You made a great set of upgrades. The difference between 9-, 10-, and 11-speed is pretty small in riding terms, but that's due to my preference for what some people might consider a quite narrow range cassette. My 9-speed Ultegra, for example, is an 11-21 or 11-23, depending on the wheel choice, so even with 9 on the back, the ratios are really close. One thing is sure; as you have more cogs on the cassette, the adjustment gets more fiddly because the clearances get smaller and the tolerances get tighter. I've never owned a bike with 105, oddly enough. I find 9-speed Ultegra to be perfectly adequate, 10-speed DuraAce incrementally better, and 11-speed Potenza an absolute dream. For me, 12-speed is where the challenges become too much trouble to be worth it.
I agree with all of that, one of the main reasons I wanted this that I didn’t actually make very clear was for the ultegra brakes which are far superior to the 105!🧡
Great vid buddy lovely to watch your workmanship and attention to detail 😊 R8000 is a great group set 😊 I run 8100 di2 12 speed on Supersix Evo amazing.. Pete 🚴🏻🚴🏻👍
I upgraded my road bike from 11 speed Ultegra to 12 speed 105 Di2, and I honestly can't tell any difference in terms of gear jumps. Obviously the jump to electronic shifting from mechanical (and hydraulic brakes from mechanical disk brakes) was a big change, though. I'm currently using the old Ultegra derailleur along with Sensah Team Pro shifters on my commuter bicycle, and the mechanical shifting is still nice and precise. Shimano 11 speed mechanical really is great.
Hi Lee & Simon 👋. Great video of conversion and test ride review. Top work. I do believe shorter crank lengths and less wide handlebars would suit many riders....."standard sized" frames and components are arguably a tad on the large size for most folks? The upgrade shown is relatively expensive, but I'm certain it is very much worth the comfort it brings......comfort = more speed & more distance, that's got to be a good thing? Have a great weekend guys! 🍻
Yes I think bars can be very wide for most people, it was a more pricey upgrade than I wanted it to be but the weird position we find ourselves in now is that it was also about getting a good title for TH-cam so there’s an element of investment in that as well!🧡
I was at my local bike shop a while back and a customer had brought it his bike in to have his 11 speed Di2 Ultegra upgraded to 12 Speed Di2 Ultegra. Expensive upgrade just for one extra ratio
Lovely looking bike. But why not just switch the chainset? eBay for a DuraAce one. I'm still running 10 speed DA, but switched out the old levers for Sensah carbon (shifting is flawless). Planning to install a Token Ninja to get rid of the BB90 press fit bottom bracket on my Madone. The only original thing on the bike I bought is now the frame!
The upgrade should definitely improve the gear shifting, especially at the front. I'm not so sure on the need to upgrade the brakes though (other than to ensure that everything matches!)
Nice upgrade. I feel the r8000 is best of mechanical system (balancing cost and function). If can get da9100 that's even nicer. Else r8000 is the way I will go for The shifting is more precise than the 10spd for sure. Plus the FD on r8000 is much better than. The build in tension means can do away w in cable tensioner
How many years old is this video. I converted 10 speed to 11 . 10 years ago. Even 12 speed has been available for years now . In all honestly value for money you can’t beat 105 . ( unless you are a PRO , where components cost nothing.
This might be a really stupid question but am I the only person that goes for a bike ride purely for the sake of enjoying a bike ride and not thinking if only I had an Ultegra front mech instead of a 105, it would have made my ride so much more enjoyable! In case you’re not aware, it is possible to just go for a bike ride and enjoy it, whatever you’re riding
The smartest comment of the chat!!! Ive a 1985 Koga Myota, steel and 2 x 8 durace shifters. Every year I do a full service. I do average 10.000 km/year on this bike. And another 7000 on my 1 x 7 Raleigh steel 1986. And every time, sun or rain, winter or summer, i leave or come back with a smile. I cycle for the ladt 50 years, on my own, not intetested in speeding, am not a professional but i love being outside, feeling the different seasons, hearing the birds, smelling the forrest, lakes, rain, mud.....and working/maintaining my own bikes. And all those new gadgets and must-buy new components...they can stick it where the sun never shines
@@martinashwell I’ve got some good bikes , but I bought a £82 Argos bike for a laugh . For what it cost is brilliant so far 8 ride and over 1000 miles no issues
For some of us it’s more than just a bike ride, it’s a hobby, and enjoying every aspect of your hobby, like building up an engine in your garage then enjoying your work on the road. Let’s not forget also to enjoy looking at the beauty of your machine… ✌️
Handlebar width would have more to do with the bones and joints in the shoulders and wrists than the width of the shoulders. The same with the cranks, it's what the hip joint can handle rather than the leg length. If the most important thing is how it looks you'd put up with any torture.
I have 10 speed 105 on two bikes, and 11 speed Dura Ace on two others. Other than the obvious refinement difference from jumping up two levels and the weight, I don't notice any major functional difference
if this is a tiagra 4700 group, then you will have much easier time to upgrade to 11 speed . But as always, nice work sir, always enjoying your content.
All that’s needed for 10:to 11 speed upgrade and money is tight . 11 speed cassette, 11 speed rear mech, 11 speed chain . 11 speed rear lever. Nothing else is needed . If your 10 speed crank is still good it with work fine with a 11 speed Chain .
I still run 10 speed on my 2 road bikes and 11 speed on my CX bike. Feel no difference.10 speed was already perfect for me as i live in the flatlands of northern Europe and climbs are rare. It’s not the number of cogs. You need gearing that fits your cadence without significant jumps
How did you get and 11 speed cassette to fit on a 10 speed hub?. I thought you could only do that if you use the 11 to 34 cassette . You said you went to a 11 to 28 .
Only if there's a spacer behind your 10-speed cassette, which would mean your freehub body is already 11-speed-ready. Otherwise, a Shimano 11-34T cassette is your only option.
Sorry to came late to the party, recently I got a caad10 frame. Good bike although the bottom bracket make my head blow off, however the way you use this shimano cups adapter is a brilliant idea, could you please share which one are those , so I could buy with blinded eyes, thank you very much. Last suggested would be interesting to see a Cannondale guildness: bb compatibility, headseat solutions, tricks for cable guidness, would be Super 🎉
Yes, if you want to stick with Vittoria, the Corsa Graphene 2.0 are a very nice upgrade, great feel and have been great with punctures for such a supple tire...They're a good deal since the new version has come out now
Shimano 105 5700 10speed never shifted properly at the rear , the indexing was off , resistance on that first click leading to small discrepancy in every change that builds up.
If you were blindfolded you wouldn’t really know the difference in my opinion. The 105 was nails I had on my Emonda and probably gave me less problems ham my SRAM Red etap, Di2, force and dura ace I’ve owned
I ride a mint 2003 Klein Q Pro, kitted out with a very bling Campy Centaur/Record 10 speed groupset, 50/34 to a 11/28. It's freakin' beautiful. I'm fit, but heavy at 5'10", 220lbs( years aof weight training and paddling), and live in a pretty hilly area. Slowly over the last few years I've been putting together a R8000 groupset, which I now have all of the components to have a 50/34 to a 11/34. I'm not racing, I mainly want to be able to go uphill easier, for longer. BUT, my vanity holds me back( I know, I know...) Will the R8000 Be as "bling" as the Campy stuff? Will the ease of climbing offset the "wow" factor of the bike as it is now? Once I invest in the swap, will I have buyers remorse and want to swap back? Are these the best kind of problems to have? HA! Love the channel and would love your thoughts. Thanks!
Another splendid episode like always. Please do a shoutout to your thousands of subscribers in the Philippines. You are such a big inspiration to all those who are aspiring to be home bike mechanics.
Got 10 speed and 11 speed ,very little difference, not worth the cost, people convince themselves having spent a lot, that it's a worthwhile upgrade, believe me,it just a marketing con.
First off, Bukespeeds is an amazing channel, i love this guy. Secondly, this is the most ridiculous upgrade ive ever seen. Spend a ton of money for what? You folks arent professional cyclists. How about r 0:25 ide your damn bikes for "fun"... Is that a novel idea? And if you need more speed, then lose some weigh😢
😂 The phrase "putting lipstick on a pig" comes to mind...I really don't see the point in upgrading such an ancient bike, especially since you've retained the doggy rim brake system, plus you can't fit bigger tires. Obviously this frame blocks your ability to upgrade to 12 speed Ultegra Di2, which is really the only drivetrain that will make a material difference. By all means keep this antique and enjoy it for what it was, but save the money spent on upgrades, especially if not a non-mechanic DIY project and involving new parts, and put the cash towards a modern bike with disc brakes, electronic shifting, all the newer components, and room for aero wheels and wider tires... that's the smart move
It doesn't seem that "ancient", is it older than 15? EDIT it's a 10 years old bike, come on! Tire clearance is the only thing that I wouldn't love on that kind of bike, rim brakes are fine, mechanical shifting too. The fact that it isn't the latest model doesn't automatically imply that it's a piece of garbage, a non-competitive rider can absolutely still enjoy it for years.
I’m sorry but if it makes sense to spend $$$ on upgrading a modern bike with bigger pulley wheel, aero bars, ceramic bearings etc for those minimal gains, then it absolutely makes sense to do this for larger gains.
Conversion and a ride in the same video? Yes! Hope to see more of these!
That’s great to hear! More on the way🧡

Two of my bicycles a Colnago Arte and a Scott speedster have complete 10 speed 6600 Ultegra one of them the Scott has the 6603 triple Ultegra Chainset on it. I know it will be considered old school now but it works beautifully and is very reliable and smooth.
Perfect! That’s a great group set🧡
Very interesting to read 🧡
Really enjoy your content thanks 🙏
Thanks very much saints!🧡
There's a lot to be said for the comfort factor of a well fitting bike (size, bar width etc.), and the appreciation that 'today's fit' may not suit in 5/10 yrs time :) Happy days.
Totally agree with that🧡
You made a great set of upgrades.
Pete 🚴🏻🚴🏻👍
That’s a treat! Really nice super six coming in tonight or tomorrows video so hopefully you’ll enjoy that!🧡
Great video.! My Cannondale Slice is the same colour scheme and has also gone through a similar conversion. 😎🇫🇮
Nice era of bikes! I like the slice also🧡
Lovely work! I would swap out those tires in the future for some faster, comfortable and lighter rubber and call it done! Many happy miles 👍👍
That’s definitely on the way!🧡
I upgraded my road bike from 11 speed Ultegra to 12 speed 105 Di2, and I honestly can't tell any difference in terms of gear jumps.
Interesting to know!🧡
Great update. Stay safe.
Thanks for the kind comment 🧡
recently upgraded same frame with 8070 Di2 groupset - quite a challenge with routing cables through seatpost, yet possible.
Yes it’s early days of internal routing not like modern stuff! Enjoy it🧡
Hi Lee & Simon 👋. 🍻
Yes I think bars can be very wide for most people, it was a more pricey upgrade than I wanted it to be but the weird position we find ourselves in now is that it was also about getting a good title for TH-cam so there’s an element of investment in that as well!🧡
@@Bikespeeds my Chinese £36 carbon 380 mm bars are brilliant.
I was at my local bike shop a while back and a customer had brought it his bike in to have his 11 speed Di2 Ultegra upgraded to 12 Speed Di2 Ultegra. Expensive upgrade just for one extra ratio
Very expensive! People love the new tech🧡
Great video - out of curiosity, was the Ultegra groupset new or secondhand/refurb?
All new old stock accept for the hoods which I couldn’t get so I ordered them from eBay 🧡
The upgrade should definitely improve the gear shifting, especially at the front. I'm not so sure on the need to upgrade the brakes though (other than to ensure that everything matches!)
It was just to get it all to match 🧡
Nice upgrade
Thanks Jeremy🧡
Nice upgrade. I feel the r8000 is best of mechanical system (balancing cost and function). If can get da9100 that's even nicer. Else r8000 is the way I will go for
The shifting is more precise than the 10spd for sure.
Plus the FD on r8000 is much better than. The build in tension means can do away w in cable tensioner
I totally agree, it’s a golden standard🧡
Enjoyed that.
Good to hear, more in this series on the way🧡⚙️
How many years old is this video.
I'm with you!
You are the smartest person in the chat. This upgrade was ridiculous. People forget about the sheer pleasure of just riding a damn bike. 👏🤷
Nice upgrade! Got 12 speed 105 will upgrade someday when I win the lottery 😂
Or you can get mechanical 105 11 spd and be just as happy now.
I have 10 speed 105 on two bikes, and 11 speed Dura Ace on two others. Other than the obvious refinement difference from jumping up two levels and the weight, I don't notice any major functional difference
Interesting!🧡
if this is a tiagra 4700 group, then you will have much easier time to upgrade to 11 speed .
But as always, nice work sir, always enjoying your content.
Interesting! Thanks for watching🧡
All that’s needed for 10:to 11 speed upgrade and money is tight . 11 speed cassette, 11 speed rear mech, 11 speed chain . 11 speed rear lever.
Nothing else is needed . If your 10 speed crank is still good it with work fine with a 11 speed Chain .
lovely frame that 👌any upgrade is good but give me 105 & top notch wheels & tyres over ultegra & average wheels 🚴 atb
I agree with that! Wheels on the way…🧡⚙️
I still run 10 speed on my 2 road bikes and 11 speed on my CX bike.
Feel no difference.10 speed was already perfect for me as i live in the flatlands of northern Europe and climbs are rare.
It’s not the number of cogs.
You need gearing that fits your cadence without significant jumps
Wheels/tyres/innertubes next?
On the way!🧡
Lo único que pudo haber hecho, es poner la HG 700 de 11-34, para ahorrarse la maza o hub.
How did you get and 11 speed cassette to fit on a 10 speed hub?. I thought you could only do that if you use the 11 to 34 cassette . You said you went to a 11 to 28 .
It all depends on the spacings but this just about barely fit🧡
So can I install 11 speed cassette to replace 10 speed cassette without any trouble or buying new wheels?
Only if there's a spacer behind your 10-speed cassette, which would mean your freehub body is already 11-speed-ready. Otherwise, a Shimano 11-34T cassette is your only option.
@@yonglingng5640 Ok,thank you,appreciated!
We used a wheels manufacturing adapter but modified one side for the BB30A🧡⚙️
Tires should be next upgrade, these Lugano have very high rolling resistance.
Yes, if you want to stick with Vittoria, the Corsa Graphene 2.0 are a very nice upgrade, great feel and have been great with punctures for such a supple tire...They're a good deal since the new version has come out now
That is on the way!🧡
Those Cannondale stock wheelsets are pretty considerably lower end than the frames. Big aero and weight savings to be had.
They are on the way!🧡
still riding 9 speed
was hoping to see a 11speed 105 vs an 11speed Ultegra difference comparison... apples vs apples
Did you need to raise the seatpost to compensate for the shorter cranks?
I had actually done that before we started!🧡
You don't sell these cable Guides in your shop, do you? Any hint, where to purchase them?
If you put in an order of anything at all and send us an email about the cable tail guide we can throw it in with the order for you🧡
Unused pads on that old 105?
You have some nice watches...
Thank you🧡
Shimano 105 5700 10speed never shifted properly at the rear , the indexing was off , resistance on that first click leading to small discrepancy in every change that builds up.
That describes what I felt exactly🧡
And what is the benefit?
If you were blindfolded you wouldn’t really know the difference in my opinion. The 105 was nails I had on my Emonda and probably gave me less problems ham my SRAM Red etap, Di2, force and dura ace I’ve owned
I know it's about the traffic, but BikeSpeeds keeps looking over his shoulder like he is a bike thief😂🤣😅
👀🚴♂️
10 speed is more meaty and durable compared to 11 speed and 12 speed is even more flimsy. Narrow thin chain and cogs weigh less
Those upgrades will also make your wallet much lighter 🤣
Thanks!
That is a good problem to have lol! I love both, I want campy because I have ultegra 😂🧡
Another splendid episode like always. Please do a shoutout to your thousands of subscribers in the Philippines. You are such a big inspiration to all those who are aspiring to be home bike mechanics.
We love our Philippines subscribers! A big portion of our community!🧡⚙️
👍👍👍👍🚴♂️
Thank you our friend Brian!🧡
@Bikespeeds 👍👍👍
You reduced the gear range. 50/34 swap up front. 11-30 to 11-28 at the back. You increased the number of available gear ratios, not range.
v10 vs v11 spd,
"No, it is not"
- SRAM
LOL🧡
Wasn't the only "good" ultegra crank arm the one with the new shape? This is the old shape
Ultegra FC-R8000s made in July 2019 and later don't have delamination problems.
Eddy Merckx famously said that 7-speed was fine, and you only needed 8-speed as a TdF rider. But what did he know, eh?
Lol🧡
What's your height? I'm 168cm and my bike came with 170mm crank. Wondering if I should go 165mm
Crankarm length is determined by your inseam, not height. Different people of your height can have different inseams.
I’m 158🧡
It'll make no difference to speed. The new components will work better as they're new. Lovely refurb nonetheless.
Just goes to show, you really need to know your body when it comes to modifying your bike.
Your work bench's tool wall is the most staged poser one thatI have ever seen. 🙄
Do not do that, EVER.
Do not do what?
That's an insane level of elitism I just can't wrap my head around. Don't ever talk down to mans bike. very rude.
I’m sorry but if it makes sense to spend $$$ on upgrading a modern bike with bigger pulley wheel, aero bars, ceramic bearings etc for those minimal gains, then it absolutely makes sense to do this for larger gains.
Good morning from Australia 🚲🌏🦘🐨🇦🇺🪃 (for the algorithm).
