I'm here as a testimony that by the grace of God you can and will recover from PCS. I swung my head harshly into a sharp edge of a table in 2012. I felt whiplash movement. The onset of my PCS came on about 5-6 days later... Like a delayed reaction. Every symptom you can think of, i had it. EVERY ONE. Full recovery was about 2 years more or less (it wasn't at its worst the whole entire time.) My remaining symptoms are eye floaters and light sensitivity... Otherwise I am NORMAL. One day at a time by the grace of God, call onto him and acknowledge him and be grateful... He will heal you ❤️🙏
It's been almost 2 years already and I'm still not better, it's hard. I was hit by a vehicle towards the end of 2019, I had the common symptoms but I never knew about either concussion or PCS then so I thought I'd just shake it off. I went to several doctors months after that to complain of memory and vision issues, they recommended me a pair glasses saying I was astigmatic and that every other symptom was merely psychological. Well it isn't cause now my case is worse and I feel really depressed. I am a final year Chemistry student in college and I fear I might need to defer and I won't graduate with my friends. I'm so sad.
I was rear ended in 2019. I finally paid an opthamologist for a vision convergence test. My score is 49. I need irigressuve glasses. But its cause by cervical instability I think it's my C1 c2 but um still on this journey. At first I thought my eyesight just worse but glasses didnt work after I saw optometrist. Find an opthamologist for a convergence test about $400 its worth it
I am suffering of post concussion around 35 years, and I have lost my lovely mommy because of my stupid mistake, and actually I wasted a half of my life because of that trauma. Let a Great God bless your earliest recovery
I am a TBI ( 5 Day Coma at age 5), high school wrestler, Airborne Infantry and a Police Officer. I have had a very active life with multiple times when I have hit my head. I am 45 and am currently going through multiple ailments that I believe is due to my TBI. I have donated my brain to your organization. My question is why is concussion related website easier to find than TBI related material. To include your program it is not easy to find information related to TBI therapy and signs of TBI side effects and various symptom
