Hi Gary - I posted the first video about grading the DLOG-M with the DJI Pocket 3 lut file and have other grading videos planned for the future. Hope you found it useful, best wishes!
Thanks again for the great video, even though I am using a Pocket 2 I think many of the same settings apply...with regards to ISO for filming at night, was advised by a friend who makes TH-cam videos to set to 800 max to avoid noise, but when editing you can increase the shadow to lighten up the underexposed areas, which should still have detail. Would you recommend this or just keep at max ISO 1600? Cheers again!
Hi there - thanks for the question. Yes same settings more or less with the Pocket 2 as the Pocket 3. I'd agree with your friend that, ideally, set the ISO as low as possible without being too dark and then try increasing the shutter speed to compensate. Pocket 3 has much better noise control than Pocket 2 - so Pocket 3 can easily do 1600 without noise hence my suggestion in the video, but with Pocket 2 it's more noisy so 800 max would be a better setting - and bump up the shadows in post.
@@4T-Tech Cheers again Tim...I will have a chance to film at night on Saturday. I will use both my Pocket 2 and my iPhone 15 (on a gimbal) and compare them. I imagine the new iPhone will be equivalent to a Pocket 3.
Hi Jay, all good thanks. Yes thankyou finally 1K subs, I got there in the end! Onwards and upwards to the next 1000 now, and you are almost at 3K! Nice! I went to Rome with the wife end of March and Tuscany as well. We went many years ago and decided to have a couple of nights away in Rome for a refresher!
Great video. Thank you.
Wow fabulous thank you so much for this. I look forward to the color grading video. I use flat profile

If you have a cheat sheet of settings i will buy it. Thanks
Hi - I don't at the moment, but that is actually a good idea. Maybe I'll try and create one!
This a great video, to me, as I only got my pocket 3 for filming at night. Additionally, I am looking forward to colour grading video👍😊
Hi Eddie! Great thanks, I've now released a color grading video (using a DJI Lut) which might be of help
@@4T-Tech Wonderful. I will watch the video when am free. Thanks ever so much.

Hey Tim, how are you? When did you go to Rome? Great city. I have been many years ago. Congrats well over 1K subs!

How do i set iso 1600 with exposure auto. Can i set it to 50-1600. Thanks
Hi sorry for the delay. The video mode has a max ISO of 1600 whereas the Low Light mode has more options.
You are shooting 30fps, so you should use a shutter speed of 1/60!
Hi - thanks for the comment. I agree 60fps would be ideal, but sometimes it's so dark that need that extra stop!
