⚡ / 🔴 🌙 That was seven years ago. It's hard to imagine that Su was only sixteen for those March 2014 Budokan concerts. BABYMETAL will perform a total of ten shows at Budokan in 2021. Su sang 'Akatsuki' at the fifth and sixth shows on February 19th and 20th. Before that, it hadn't been performed since 2018.
Arguably the most intense version of Akatsuki, by the end of this song, SU is pushing really hard, you can hear a natural vibrato, she's ultrasonic here. The Wembley version is probably the best overall, while visually speaking, their show at Hiroshima is top notch (Baptism XX). But, but, there is a new contender, an outstanding one indeed, SU gifted us with a new version of Akatsuki that mix together both this and the unfinished one, blending them in a perfect song! I don't think it can be improved any further, but hey, I thought this one was unbeatable, so... 🤷🏻♂️ 🤘🦊⚡

Drummer Hideki Aoyama is the son of a known drummer in Japan, Jun Aoyama, who passed away in 2013. He also lost his younger brother drummer Aoyama Yuk. Quote from Hideki Aoyama: I will be inheriting the will of Yuki and my father, who were both drummers and showed love for their work.

One thing that stands out in this video is Su's mastery of the cape, which is equaled only by that of Dracula himself. Indeed, the Su death stare is the only thing that can actually completely defeat Dracula - steaks through the heart just don't cut it...

Jak teraz zobaczyłyście sołówki Su, to teraz musicie zobaczyć duet Yui i Moy czyli Black Babymetal. Mają cztery piosenki ale najlepsze według mnie są Onedari Daisakusen (proshot z tego samego koncertu co Akatsuki, czyli Budokan Black Night) i Sis Anger (składanka z paru koncertów). Na okres 2014-2017 miały chyba co koncert inny strój. Ich pierwsze dwa koncerty na Budokanie (Black Night i Red Night) miały inne pomimo tego że były dzień po dniu. Dopiero ostatnio na stale przeszły na te obecne stroje.

For Japanese singers and band, a performing at the Budoukan is one of the benchmarks for success. The girls were the youngest to get there.
