I will say, you’re absolutely right about the ratios not mattering, cheesecake by itself is a very broad definition, ranging from pudding to actual cake in consistency. The flavor doesn’t really matter either, as long as you have a graham cracker crust and a creamy cheese (can use other cheeses like mascarpone depending on the recipe) base, it’s technically a cheesecake.

I love the prison food videos because they show the creativity of the human being when limited and/or desperate. Putting knowledge and expertise to use for something as simple sounding as food. With the general level of confusion/panic emitting from you two, with the basic things like opening a pack of cream cheese etc, you needn't worry about prison food at all, you'd both be dead after 2 hours. Lol. Great work lads.
Cheesecake is pretty simple to begin with, which is probably why it turned out so well. afaik that's actual graham cracker crust you made (maybe a bit much on the butter) and the filling is just cream cheese (which you had), sugar & vanilla (which came from the pudding), and egg (which the creamer did the same job as). I bake mine, but a lot of recipes can work with just chilling to set the filling.

The coffee creamer is actually an ingredient in a South African dessert called "Cremora Tart" where a mixture of non-dairy creamer and sweetened condensed milk is thickened with lemon juice
Pro tip for mixing buttery gunk and crumbly dry - use a utensil for an initial stir to cover most of the butter up with dry stuff and then get your hands in so less butter sticks to your hands. To get proper cheffy, try to rub it between your finger tips instead of getting your whole hands in there. Disclaimer: I'm not a pro chef, I just hate getting buttery hands.
I’m not sure if this is the norm but a prison cheesecake in New Zealand is some biscuits broken up with marge for the base and the cheese is milk powder and whatever flavouring you’re adding, often raro ( a powdered, sweet water based drink mix ). Add only a little water so your powder mix is the very thick in consistency, let it set and there you go. Real scuffed but it’s prison lol

Prisoners can get ice from dedicated ice machines that may be in their pod. It's not uncommon for them to walk up and get a cup of ice but it is extremely risky for them to try to fill their trash can lol because it draws attention from others who will want to know what they're doing.

So according to my five second research a pat of butter is the extremely specific term that means "however much butter your butter pat holds", which translates to between a teaspoon to a table spoon. This is the exact feeling I get whenever I look at reagent inventory and someone has put in "X liters of 1-5% Solution"
10:19 that looks like a fried version of what we call Hackigel in Germany, just without toothpicks and onions. Problem, People outside Germany likely don't know what that is. A Hackigel, also called Mettigel is, well basically a bunch of raw, seasoned minced meat, that is eaten that way. You can add onions, many people like that, and, instead of eating it just that way, you can also put it on rolls. However, you should make sure, it's fresh and not carrying diseases, but it's really tasty.
Joe Guerrero from After Prision Show says that some prisions have ice buckets or freezer for when people get injuries or stuff like that after sports activities. Its just like some sports facilities where athletes practice constantly.

As a secondary substitute, if you can't get cream-cheese, you can actually substitute mostly-dried yogurt and butter. (I've done this myself multiple times, dehydrating greek yogurt, and mixing in some lactose-free butter, to make a cream-cheese substitute that's lactose free, as I'm lactose intollerant). I mean, I can't imagine that cream cheese is that easy to come by in prison? I dunno, never been.
For the first and only cheesecake I made, I used a few lemon peel shedding instead of lemon juice. It turns out pretty much the perfect amount of "lemonous" I like.
