Ah wish you are near Austin, Texas then I can help you! Look around the front cover for screws, remove them then you are able to access to the wires
Comagination makes a total plug and play modulator that works on both headlights. It is designed for the high beams but can be modified for the low. Install is easier than changing a headlight bulb. It reduces the bulb voltage to around 30% which in theory is not near the shock to the bulb as turning it completely on and off does which extends the life of the bulb. It is illegal in lots of places to have alternating bulbs modulating hence the synchonization of the two bulbs as they modulate.

What can I do to my 06 Burgman for both headlights to run low and high beam instead of just one running low? Any help?
I get why you do this mod but I think you might confuse car drivers to think you are signaling a turn.
I am afraid I will break something by trying to remove the panels myself. I already cracked the passenger handle grip trim piece pulling it off to get to the brake light to install a modulator there.

I wish I could turn both on/off blinking when I hit my horn, so I could be more visible to people about to make a turn in front of me.
I thought he would have done it to both so they alternatively flash.
I have a modulator for my 2013 Honda PCX 150, but cannot figure out how to put it on- I cannot get to the back of the headlights. Dealership cant tell me, and I am not confident enough to take off any panels on the front. Any help would be great.
