You know what's crazy when you think about it? Regardless if Jackson had chose to not take the music path, Jackson would have always been successful. He was born to be successful whether that would be in sports, music or studies. If he hadn't gone down the music path (so glad he did) he might've been a famous fencer right now and some of us would've known of him regardless. When I saw the Olympic logo, I immediately knew this was a personal song. I am thinking he has this sing written for a while and now is the right time for him to realize what he has come to. The references to his fencing mask on his bed, the food on the table like him leaving his rich life in HK to seek his own passions. So when he left the building, it's like he came to another world, full of things, with a wide path, but he chose to go in a certain direction, then he had ups and downs dealing with his artistry when he was still starting especially establishing Team Wang, thus the banner almost falling. Then he walked again, seeking and he tumbles down and rises up and walks and looks to the direction where he is heading (where the other car already has the TEAM WANG plate installed). Even talking about the steps he made, when he was walking to go out of the room, it was small steps like he's afraid, but he kind of rushed down the stairs and outside like he was ready to meet the outside world which was S.Korea. You know what's crazy when you think about it? Regardless if Jackson had chose to not take the music path, Jackson would have always been successful. He was born to be successful whether that would be in sports, music or studies. If he hadn't gone down the music path (so glad he did) he might've been a famous fencer right now and some of us would've known of him regardless. He dropped what seemed a stable life (two university offers and an offer to be in the olympics which would stabilize a athletic career) for a dream that had no legs to stand on. He really did that. I don't think many of us can say we could've done the same, he really believed in himself. I wish more people knew his deeper story.

I'm a 48 years old woman admiring a Chinese artist in his twenties. I'm chuckling at MYSELF, I must be a nut letting myself get lost in something like this. BUT I find it worthwhile. I find my self captivated by the language and obvious sensitivity of the lyrics while sensing the depth and importance of what's being said because the message permeates through all the layers beautifully... WITHOUT understanding a SINGLE word (well, almost) .... and I'm loving it. I've followed HIM for over a year now and listened to HIS music and I can tell HE is growing. I'm glad he's shed the skin of a popboy, a mere boyband member. He's not just a Kpopper from China trying to hit it big on his own anymore. He's a full blooded artist and beginning to show his true colours. But HE seems beaten down in the vid, standing next to the sign "To The Airport" - is he trying to say its hard for him to make it in Korea as a foreigner? Does he feel alienated? He's wondered 'bout walking off hundreds of times? He's getting better and better in his private projects and its really showing. I hope (no, I KNOW!) he finds the courage and support enough to keep on 'cause he ain't just a pretty Chinese rapper in a Korean Kpop band anymore.. This song about the experience of being a solo artist and what it feels like is so spot on. He so obviously cherishes what he has with the boys, it's A LOT, and it was hard getting used to being a single artist but he's getting there - I remember reading about him mentioning it felt difficult at some point, but Jackson...You are not alone! WE'LL walk with you the rest of this cold and lonely road.
It's his life story it shows a dining table where he talked to his father about leaving an already established career in fencing and going all the way to S.Korea to pursue his music dreams. Then all the struggles that he had to endure and eventually overcome. There is also a poster in the MV titled "TEAMWANG", a Label which he established in 2017 on his own.❤ His entire life journey until now is really very inspiring. I'm not a kpoper (I don't like kpop) but Got7 just hits different from everything else, and each of this guys too! As Jackson has said each Got7 member is a unique and special colour from a beautiful rainbow that is the reason why I stan.

When I saw the Olympic logo, I immediately knew this was a personal song. I am thinking he has this sing written for a while and now is the right time for him to realize what he has come to. The references to his fencing mask on his bed, the food on the table like him leaving his rich life in HK to seek his own passions. So when he left the building, it's like he came to another world, full of things, with a wide path, but he chose to go in a certain direction, then he had ups and downs dealing with his artistry when he was still starting especially establishing Team Wang, thus the banner almost falling. Then he walked again, seeking and he tumbles down and rises up and walks and looks to the direction where he is heading (where the other car already has the TEAM WANG plate installed). Even talking about the steps he made, when he was walking to go out of the room, it was small steps like he's afraid, but he kind of rushed down the stairs and outside like he was ready to meet the outside world which was S.Korea. The symbolism of the Olympic logo on the building for me seems like a reminder for him that, that is the reason he got there, and he will forever remember that moment that became the opportunity for him. Because of the fact that it was big, and it was seen on screen several times. All of this, he did Alone. And I guess most of his life he kind of felt and realized things when he was mostly alone. And that gave him the reason to make his dreams come to life even more. But we know he is not alone, he has TEAM WANG and all his fans all over the world. He sets out to look far ahead (as shown on the screen) and we see all those things behind him, that he made his own history while pacing through that vast land. And he is still looking at a vast land ahead. He's treading to the place until where his eyes can see. He is still on there going to make more history.
