So I might be reading too much into this MV, but my interpretation is that he's saying that the things we think are the reasons we love someone like when they smile with dimples, or say something funny that becomes an inside joke, whatever it may be, those moments are not real, they're not love at all, because love is a feeling, it doesn't have a why... those feelings just crop up and at first they might even take us by surprise like the hidden bush guy, but they're always there, changing with the seasons... with life, even if we don't always notice them or fall out of touch with them.
If that is the idea here, I don't think he's insulting those moments or things, I think he's saying love is bigger than those moments and love that lasts looks beyond them so that when we grow old and some of those youthful 'reasons for love' are gone, the feeling doesn't have to be. Maybe.
