I see people using hotdogs why not try v&v sausage or any sausage. But I use v&v sausage and catch a bunch of big catfish. When I BBQ alot and I got a bunch of fajitas left over a few days later I'll use the cooked fajita meat and they work good

Same bro it’s a rod for all species I’ve caught anything from 6” perch to 20pound pike! Our river is frozen pretty good but we got a bridge we fish pulled up at 15 lb channel cat up 30 feet on 60lb braid! Damn osprey got a nest up there, that Ol bird don’t like us there tho.

Circle hooks in my opinion- in all “stinkbait”/live bait they are good to use- honestly a crappie/bream hook would work
