Thank you for this! It covered all of my curiosities and questions about E-bikes and why sometimes I didn’t see people pedaling uphill. I think I would like the Class 2 with the throttle in my future 😊

So happy to hear that the video cleared up your question about E-bikes! We didn't know either until we did the video. Throttle power for the win at least sometimes, when you want to be lazy.

Over here in the UK pedal assist is allowed only up to 15mph. The throttle on its own is only allowed up to 4mph ( walk start ) . Any more than that and the bike is classed as a low powered moped and has to be registered and taxed etc.
When you say "what was that" , I would say trouble !
Legally here the motor power is 250W but I have come across e-bikes of 5000W in my local ( publicly accessible ) woods. Our police only seem to bother if they cause an accident, plow deep grooves in a recreational field or if they excessively speed right past them 😞

It's always interesting to hear about other country's biking rules and regulations. Thanks! I Around here it seems that ever since e-bikes have become very popular more people think that's it ok to ride their mopeds, etc... on paths reserved for cyclists and pedestrians. They go too fast and it's very dangerous. It is illegal around here, but like the UK it's difficult to prevent. Hopefully that changes soon. Thanks for watching!

Cops here dont really exist for traffic tickets
They will be making kids get some kind of ebike license in the next few years, if things go as planned.
    The question is:
Why do they allow the sale of unregistered emopeds?
Nobody should be making money on overpowered, unregistered emopeds under the guise of the ebike fad

It's definitely a valid concern. Regulations should be in place to ensure safety for all road users. It's crazy how some things slip through the cracks. Thanks for bringing up this important issue.
